It's no surprise that Leonard Cohen's version wasn't a hit. Have you heard it? It sucks. LOL! Also, side note. If you want to simplify the play a little bit, you can lose the E7/G Sharp and use an E minor chord instead, and it still sounds great, and flows better, and is slightly easier to play.
