Make a list of all the data points you have on them in a tool like Maltego. Then search for the identifiers (email, phone number, address) in OSINT tools. Use facial recognition tools to search for their face on social media, Social Links can do this.

It’s not big at all. The touristy places that make up central Rome, you can walk from one side to the other in well under an hour. I’ve done it 👍🏼
