Imagine there are thousands of kilometers ahead of you. Imagine, that there a countless different routes. Which ones will you choose? Is your trip about the journey - or is it about the destination?
This summer, I went on an unforgettable solo roadtrip. I went where the Atlantic Ocean meats the mainland , where beaches meet mountains and rolling hills, where historical places meet the road less traveled. I explored the whole east coast of the USA.

Extraordinarily fine experience, watching this splendid documentary of your East Coast trip and thank you for sharing it. It's odd, I most often watch vlogs about the Alps, or the Balkans, or Bavaria, or the Mediterranean etc., and wonder how great it would be to visit all of those places. But seeing my own native country (I live in New England) so admired by you, embodied in this marvelous episode makes me count my blessings, and gives me a renewed appreciation for the land of my birth. Priceless. You have a keen understanding of the human spirit. Cheers.
That is awesome - but I have to admit I am 100 percent same like you! I ride through the alps and Bavaria and am so used to the views and surroundings that it doesn’t feel like something special anymore. But making videos about some of those places actually helped me a lot too to appreciate this beauty much more again - because then I see it from the viewers eyes and not only from my own ones. Indeed we are both very lucky to live at such beautiful places like the East coast of the USA or the alps in Europe! 😍

OCKRACOKE SAVED OUR VACATION JULY 2020!! Ive been there several times and after an awful night on Cape Lookout and a kiddio getting sick.. we found a resturaunt while waiting for the ferry and ate fantastic food/played pool.. then the beautiful ferry ride to Ockracoke and 3 days bumming around the island with the top and doors off the jeep.. its our favorite island of all time!!! thank you for sharing this trip!!!

I just returned from doing some riding in North Carolina. What fantastic roads for motorcycling. I laughed at the bug bites. It appears you fell victim to black flies. You do not feel them bite and they go for the hairline. Kind regards from.🇨🇦
Exactly those, will talk about the nasty black flies when I publish the video. It was really crazy, I had as well 50 bites over all my scalp in my hairs 😂😅

Awesome video Lady! Jekyll Island in GA is my favorite place to visit when I am down there. The history is fabulous and if you get the Shrimp at the Yacht club restaurant you will not want to leave!

Great content, wish I had the time you have to ride; I go once a year for 10 days, I work hard and when I retire, I will spend more time on the road. Until then I can view your adventures. Thank you, for sharing. The blue ridge parkway is a must ride. I always ride solo. Be safe and get after it.

As an exchange student some 35 years ago I stayed in North Carolina (went back many times) and also been to the wonderful outer banks and the blue ridge highway...such an underrated state...North Carolina has it all 😍. Thanks.
I live here for the last 26 years, moved from Paris, found my wife in Africa and we moved to NY before going upstate in this area where I love to ride my motorcycle, next time you come up I would love to meet and show you around. Drive safe

Very good overview of the trip. I will be looking forward to more in-depth videos of the East Coast. The visit to the place with the old cars was great. Many of us Americans love old cars.
Yes, that was definitely one of my highlights! Charles is such an awesome guy, can’t wait to show you more about his collection and philosophy - I was so stunned by his whole attitude torwards life! (And I btw visited him thanks to one of the suggestions I got here or on Facebook for the trip - so without you people following I would not have had a clue!)
