is there a need for that big box, can't you plug your router directly into your fiber to ethernet box ? would make for a cleaner setup (unless it's only a wifi router in access point mode / you don't have the info needed from your ISP / your router cant do it)
@@tompointdll so yeah that bigger box is also a WiFi router. The tech that set it up said that it needs to stay in the system or I will not have internet. My only thought is that it’s probly how they can turn your internet on and off if you don’t pay your bill hahaha
