Melbourne is a really smart city! Every suburb has its own main street, with shops, restaurants, shopping centres etc. So people don't need move out of their suburb to go shopping, eating out. etc. In any case all suburbs are well connected to each other by a good network of trains, trams and buses.
Looks like a really nice area good to see it is in a revamp stage I feel alot of suburbs especially here in the USA have started trying to revitalize their cities which is nice great video friend
