UK Air Show Footage - 1984?

BBC footage from an air show. Believe it's from 1984 (and not 1985?) from how old remainder of tape's contents were. Off air recording made onto Philips Video 2000 format tape, hence slightly dodgy playback after 28 years - the recorder still plays back, even if some tapes have deteriorated a bit.
Commentary is by Raymond Baxter; note his cold war reference just after 4 minutes in.

yes the 1983 St Athan at home day. Raymond Baxter interviewed Len Woodgate on the collection of historic aircraft there. Does anyone have copy of this?
