  • Here are the torque specs I have used:
    Lower Control arm bolt: 110 Nm (Torque Spec for Lower Control Arm Bolt: 90Nm + 1/4 Turn (I just did 110 Nm)
    Wheel bolts: 110 Nm

    Thanks for the video, great! I have the same Seat 1.6 tdi. I will soon change my rear springs, but I don’t know what length these springs are, what length I need to buy, can you tell me which one? Thank you!

      Yes, it is not easy to find the right size. The only way is to either contact Seat and get the OME number or remove the old ones and measure. I myself was lucky enough to find a set of springs from someone who had lowered his from new. Even so, the rear springs were not quite the same but work as they should :-) There are some color codes on the springs but only Seat can use them to find the right one. If you can find some with the same code used it might be a possibility.
