Why did Evil Morty pretend to not want to help our Rick?! Why did Evil Morty do all of this?! And what does he want now that he has the Omega Device?!
Evil Morty hates all Ricks Except this one and doesn't want to admit it.
Evil morty was pretty honest about his reasoning in the episode
Evil Morty doesn’t want to be disturbed by Ricks now that he has the Omega Device no one will dare to disturb him and he can live in peace.
Did Evil morty kill his Rick and if he did how did he?
He helped as a treaty to be left alone. He took the device not because he wanted to use it, but so that other Ricks could not.
It’s also important to mention that Rick prime and Rick C-137 are the only two Rick’s who actually invented portal travel. The others got it from them or someone else
But Rick prime gave c-137 the motivation to invent it

Evil Morty was never evil and most of his actions can be justified in court.
Yeah killing thousands of Ricks and Mortys because his grandpa made him climb inside one too many asses, is a sure fire defense.
@@michaelfoster9964 being held hostage by a murderous psychopath who often makes it very clear how replaceable “evil” Morty is would get him off the hook for a LOOOOOT of his actions in court.
Not to mention that in the infinite multiverse his grandfather is a murderous threat to all of reality and essentially on the most wanted list of pretty much every government. The US only tolerates him because they are powerless to stop him. And even then he has to trick the president into giving him a pardon every thanksgiving.
Also Rick is taking a minor out of school to go on life threatening missions on a very regular basis.
Also it’s been established that even if he were to free himself from his specific Rick the citadel would capture him and assign him to a new Rick who’s not only the sorta person who has no qualms about putting a 14 year old’s life at risk but very likely had one who recently died which is why he needs a new Morty.
Given the infinitely grand scope of his imprisonment and the part where after he escaped he just left everyone else alone he would have a very good case in court. Also the part where he’s a minor and the only people he’s harmed were people who were going to interfere with his goal of escaping his captor.
Also summing it up to “he killed a bunch of Ricks and Morty’s cause he was shoved up too many asses.” Is undercutting a lot of what Morty’s actually deal with.
The very first episode an old man tells his grandson to shove large sharp and pointy seeds up his ass. Rick would be on a list if he was caught simply telling Morty to do that, even worse given Morty actually did it, even worse given Morty is a minor, even worse given Morty is a relative.
Not to mention being shoved up an alien ass would also put Rick on a list. Also the whole series of why it gets worse and worse because Morty’s a minor who’s one of Ricks grandchildren.
The sheer trauma and horror that Morty has to deal with on a day to day basis is enough to make it an easy case to win for a competent lawyer.
The only problem in his way are all the Morty’s he tortured to hide from the Ricks in his first appearance… his time on the citadel can mostly be excused and explained in court as someone who is attempting to escape a lifetime of abuse and suffering who’s under extreme distress.

There’s a scene from an old movie, called the Princess bride that sums this up perfectly. In that scene, one of the main antiheroes named Iniego Montoya has finally killed the murderer of his father. He asks one of the protagonist named Wesley what he’s going to do next with his life. “I’ve been in the revenge business so long, I don’t know what to do next”.
Fortunately, he gets an offer to be the next Dread Pirate Roberts right after.

Not really cheated, though he did summon help in the form of small robots and 3 large titans, and was immortal, he was technically fighting a 1v3 and would’ve won if it weren’t for the fact 2/3 of the people he was fighting were Morty’s.

Eventually, rick may need to "Grow up" and venture out of the infinite finite curve. Possibly finding other infinite finite curves within the greater multiverse like one where jerry is the omega of his curve, or one with beth, or summer, morty or basically any of the other characters in the show.
It could stand to reason that everyone who is the smartest versions of themselves did exactly what rick did.
Could make for an interesting show if rick teamed up with the smartest versions of his family for some epic showdown where someone in charge of a different version of the galactic empire is the smartest of their respective universes.
