That's why he weren't that attached to this universe family, he only grew to like RP's Morty after much longer time. At least that's how I see it.

7:27 I do feel bad for Rick here. Despite them not wanting to see who's the clone, they tossed him aside like garbage. He lets himself be vulnerable and gets made fun of for it. Still the way he treated his family in the past, I guess it's a cycle of hate. It just sucks they respond so coldly to him caring.
Love the fact that not everyone mentions that Rick C-137 left his ship on the Prime Universe, I'm seriously hoping for it to be mentioned in a later episode, maybe they'll use that to say that Prime Rick successfully escaped from that universe 🤔
Rick built that ship out of spare parts he found in the garage, and perhaps the wreckage of his previous ship. Just saying that Rick Prime can probably build his own ship from scratch, it doesn't really matter whether he uses the trashcan ship.
To think all this started from Rick Prime. What's really going to make Season 7 interesting is if even Rick C-137 finds Rick Prime he still needs to figure out a way to kill him for good.
@schizoposter1499 I periodically see squirrels on the street and start to giggle for no reason. Then I feed the crows who are the natural enemy of squirrels because squirrels are evil ( they eat wires and burn down houses).
6:48 - The Beths took this the wrong way. Rick obviously acts like he doesn’t care, he actively tries not to care, but he does My head canon is that he mind blew himself so he wouldn’t know the truth, and this is so that he would love both of them equally
Interesting thought I just had: At this point, the Morty, Rick and Jerry we're following in the show are all from different timelines/dimensions. However, Summer and Beth (both of them) are still the same two (now three) from Dimension C-131. Despite all the dimension hopping, Summer is still with her ACTUAL Mom(s) and vice-versa. Even the whole Beth/Space-Beth thing doesn't change that, as despite the cloning, both are still native to C-131. Unlike Rick C-137, Morty Prime and Jerry 5216, Summer, Beth and Space-Beth still share the same dimension of origin, and have been since (midway through) Season 1. I really have to wonder if that fact will become relevant at some point.
You can also point out that in Rickshank Redemption, Rick C-137 swapped bodies several times, so the body of C-137 is dead, but the mind is alive. I think they were considering the big ones where whole episodes had a clear change. The squirrel thing was just a bit so they probably couldn't be bothered to include more minor things
So if the jerry swap labels at 5:18 are not an editing error, then that means the Rick on the right is c-137 (since he leaves with 5126 Jerry), which also means Morty prime had a night filled with murdering just like the Morty we watched throughout the episode did. Go watch Mortynight run 3 seconds before this scene, the Rick on right asks another rick if his Morty also spent the night killing. It could also be that we actually were watching Morty Prime that whole episode, and the Rick from the Poopybutthole dimension just had a similar adventure to get the pink parasite crystals. So either that or Morty Prime had a totally unrelated night of murders that we never got to see……
What are you talking about:? We have always been following Rick c-137 and Morty prime since season one. There's never been any episode where we follow another Rick or Morty except Evil Morty.
In retrospect, it really feels like it makes sense how haphazard he was about the prime reality. He wasn't exactly staying there for benevolent reasons.
Useful information you (I, frankly) may have not learn while watching Rick and Morty: 1. The dimension of Smith family that was after Kronenberg episone was C-131 2. The current Jerry (the one mixed in Jerryberry) was from "dimension" 5126 3. At least the main events follow the same Rick and Morty and Smith family (my cousin had a thesis that more than one Rick and Morty are shown as main characters and you can track which Rick and Morty you're watching by paying attention to details but now this thesis may only apply to some "small" episodes like the one with decoys or with Planetina).
Right? So let me get this straight: They re-switched the switch that accidentally happened? More episode time spent sure, but he was their father and husband for their whole childhood.
We never see them jump to a new reality in the memory. Could be Rick decided to fix it instead of jumping ship, like with the President and flyfishing.
This show seems to be centered more about Morty instead of Rick. Evryone of them have numbers above their heads(from their respective universes) except Morty, hes called Morty Prime.
I swear I needed this because my brain couldn’t comprehend the show even though I love it very much, I feel like their dimension should be depicted in the episodes
4:18 honestly, this is extremely necessary to watch. It’s been so many years since I watched those earlier seasons, I kind of lost over all these details.
5:16 I know this is Adult Swim's official channel, but I really think you're wrong. We can see from the ticket Rick hands Morty that their Jerry( C-131) is listed as "5126" in Jerryboree's Catalog. So naming one Jerry "C-131" and the other 5126 doesn't make sense, since they are the same Jerry. Most likely the Rick we see at the start of the shot is another Rick, and the Rick who walks in the shot from the left is Rick C-137 who is looking for Jerry 5126. He probably approached the wrong Rick, thinking he got their Jerry.
Where's that thing with the squirrels? It happened after the Cronenberg incident and before the S2 Jerry one. I'm talking about Morty's mindblowers in S3.
So I guess now Summer and Beth are the only blood-related characters from the same Universe. Wait, since it was ambiguous as to which was the clone, they manage to subvert even that! Brilliant!
There was written information on paper Rick filled out when dropping Jerry off at Jerry Daycare. Even without the ticket, they should have been able to ascertain the correct Jerry by the paperwork Rick filled out at the front desk when he dropped Jerry off. Of course Rick could not be bothered. Thus ending up with the wrong Jerry.
I believe that the squirrel thing happened to the Rick and Morty from dimension C-131, that would me they weren't from there and Rick C-137 just mixing the 2 Morty memory up
i'm really glad that adult swim decided to compile everything that happened now that the show's ended. now we have shorthand for all the literal storytelling and we can finally start analyzing the themes and morales in Roiland/Harmon's vision

Jerry Prime tells Morty Prime that both Summer and Beth Prime are dead (after Morty Prime returned to the Prime Dimension after the Portal Traveler Reset). Jerry Prime later runs into Rick Prime (again there because of the Portal Traveler Reset), and Rick Prime kills Jerry Prime.

Ignorance is a bliss, this family knows that better than anyone else
@@Schloonktapooxis Just curious if you've seen the most recent episode now.
i love how you guys keep doing this types of shorts summaries to keep up ready. keep it up
What about the Squirrel dimension that they had to escape in the Mortys Mind Blower episode?
@schizoposter1499 I periodically see squirrels on the street and start to giggle for no reason. Then I feed the crows who are the natural enemy of squirrels because squirrels are evil ( they eat wires and burn down houses).
My theory is that it takes place right after Rick and morty do their first universe switch so it doesn't have that much of an impact
The squirrel stuff was clearly just a gag scene... It's not meant to be taken seriously.
@@NightEnigma8so was the Jerry boree switcheroo and Sleepy Gary, yet here we are.
In fact, it ceased to be canon after they stopped presenting the episode's concept of preserving memories
Whoever edited this video deserves a raise
So currently we have:
Rick c-137
Morty prime
Jerry 5126
Beth c-131
Space Beth c-131
Summer c-131
In parmesan dimension
well it all depends on how you want to look at it.
@@yobroh0 No it doesn’t? What he said is right

6:48 - The Beths took this the wrong way. Rick obviously acts like he doesn’t care, he actively tries not to care, but he does
My head canon is that he mind blew himself so he wouldn’t know the truth, and this is so that he would love both of them equally
3:11 everytime I see this scene I wonder how a neighbor across the would react to seeing this.
They definitely won't be visiting c 131 anytime soon though. Or else they'd get Mr Frundled.
0:13 totally recommend watching this in 0.25x
Roger Roger
Finally, a confirmed timeline. Love it
@@alanmanso2737 It wasn't relevant here
Wait, what about the squirrels?
You can also point out that in Rickshank Redemption, Rick C-137 swapped bodies several times, so the body of C-137 is dead, but the mind is alive. I think they were considering the big ones where whole episodes had a clear change. The squirrel thing was just a bit so they probably couldn't be bothered to include more minor things
I did my homework and wrote down every episode that included the timeline binging seasons 1-6 recently. And now there's this. This is what we needed
What about squirrels?
@@forutube244 Citadel ep follows a diff morty. But yeah no idea what theyre on about
This was really awesome. I'm somewhat surprised they made this but I love that they did
In retrospect, it really feels like it makes sense how haphazard he was about the prime reality.
He wasn't exactly staying there for benevolent reasons.
I like how Adult Swim recaps every we know about Rick and Morty for set up for the Season 7 ultimate arrival.
And then they premiere the season with a stupid mr pb episode lol
Useful information you (I, frankly) may have not learn while watching Rick and Morty:
1. The dimension of Smith family that was after Kronenberg episone was C-131
2. The current Jerry (the one mixed in Jerryberry) was from "dimension" 5126
3. At least the main events follow the same Rick and Morty and Smith family
(my cousin had a thesis that more than one Rick and Morty are shown as main characters and you can track which Rick and Morty you're watching by paying attention to details but now this thesis may only apply to some "small" episodes like the one with decoys or with Planetina).
So the Smiths chose to recover Jerry 5126 rather than just staying with Jerry C-131 because at this point they had spent more episodes with 5126?
Yea I’m a little confused on that too, glad someone caught that
Right? So let me get this straight: They re-switched the switch that accidentally happened? More episode time spent sure, but he was their father and husband for their whole childhood.
😆@andrewashmeade4576
yeah but he was also a jerry that had never changed as a character and was stuff as insufferable as he was in the early seasons @@TheItalianScarecrow
They missed the morty's mind blowers squirrels dimension .
Maybe that could have been a fake memory or different universe's rick and morty
That memory could have been one of C-131 Morty's
@@eduardomunoz4387
What? Can you explain
We never see them jump to a new reality in the memory. Could be Rick decided to fix it instead of jumping ship, like with the President and flyfishing.
@@MMD_16-95 A memory of the "original" Monty of that dimension.
@@eduardomunoz4387 That doesn't work because the squirrels would come after Rick C-137 and Morty Prime after they replaced C-131.
This show seems to be centered more about Morty instead of Rick. Evryone of them have numbers above their heads(from their respective universes) except Morty, hes called Morty Prime.
Swapped Jerry cannot be 5126, because Rick-5126 asks "Do you have 5126?", that means the Jerry with him has a different number. 5:05
apparently Rick-5126 was wrong, and thought Jerry C-131 was Jerry-5126 and vice versa
That's the whole point dude. He swapped for the wrong one thinking he had the wrong one.
@@bongs1995oh darn, I hate being wrong about when I am actually wrong 😂
Rick 5126 didn’t know he had the right Jerry. Being Ricks, rather than try to figure it out, they decided it was easier to just swap.
I swear I needed this because my brain couldn’t comprehend the show even though I love it very much, I feel like their dimension should be depicted in the episodes
4:18 honestly, this is extremely necessary to watch. It’s been so many years since I watched those earlier seasons, I kind of lost over all these details.

8:09 Best scene that explains everything in the series. 😁❤️
you missed the mind blower with the squirrels where they moved somewhere else
Brilliant. Whoever put this together, bravo. I would've never realized most of this
super helpful makes total sense now.....whoever put this together deserves a raise...
8:55 Jerry sure glad to do that
5:16 I know this is Adult Swim's official channel, but I really think you're wrong.
0:56 they cleaned up their mistake, of leaving the crack in the yard in, that happened after rick c-137 came back to prime world in ricksy business.
7:32 you forgot to mention President Morty destroying the Central Finite Curve. Or the initial destruction of the Citadel of Ricks.

thanks for this. It kinda shows how they are literally both blood related family and found family at the same time

CHANGE MY MIND
I finally got around to watching this show a few weeks ago, and now season 7 is a day away.
I'm glad this video appeared, I didn't know I needed this explanation, but it was useful.
Where's that thing with the squirrels? It happened after the Cronenberg incident and before the S2 Jerry one. I'm talking about Morty's mindblowers in S3.
7:42 they change back to normal in milliseconds 😂😂😂
I have a theory that every muscle/atom/fat is returning to them because every part of them is returning to there dimension
Thanks swimmys I haven’t watched as I got older, got busier and busier
I love that the confused look various Ricks give Morty when he says hes Morty from C-137 turns out to be because there is no Morty from C-137.
10:15 we’ve come such a long way
So I guess now Summer and Beth are the only blood-related characters from the same Universe.
I believe that the squirrel thing happened to the Rick and Morty from dimension C-131, that would me they weren't from there and Rick C-137 just mixing the 2 Morty memory up
The word "Genius" would be an understatement to explain this.

i'm really glad that adult swim decided to compile everything that happened now that the show's ended. now we have shorthand for all the literal storytelling and we can finally start analyzing the themes and morales in Roiland/Harmon's vision

Oh my god, I totally forgot that technically our main Morty is Rick Prime’s Morty.
But then who is Evil Morty? He can’t be Morty C-137 because that universe never had a Morty because Beth died at infancy.
Is Evil Morty just unrelated to everything?
I think so. He's just another Morty that turned evil.
Honestly, I think evil Morty is just a clone who got fed up with the abusive system at the citadel. That's all. He's not related to C-137 or Prime.
Or probably evil Morty is from a dimension where Morty is the smartest but he somehow got dragged into central finite curve.
So this right here literally cleared all those fan made videos about Rick and Morty universe
It's truly been a wild ride, hasn't it?
P.S. would've been nice to add what happened to Beth, Summer, and Jerry Prime.
They're dead
Jerry Prime tells Morty Prime that both Summer and Beth Prime are dead (after Morty Prime returned to the Prime Dimension after the Portal Traveler Reset).
Jerry Prime later runs into Rick Prime (again there because of the Portal Traveler Reset), and Rick Prime kills Jerry Prime.
5:15 I like how they labeled out both Jerrys' dimension for the audience, because I truly can't tell🤣
the JerryBoree is rick's way of respecting her daughter's choice of a man even if he doesn't totally get it.
