You really only have to be able to read and understand what you've read. All paint suppliers have directions available to you to achieve a decent job. Don't let anyone try to tell you they just want you to buy components just to sell. Paint companies want you to get the best results from their products which will lead to more sales. Not much difference between single and 2K paint , just a few extra steps and more dollars lol lol only problem with industrial paint they don't have UV protection like automotive paint and will fade.

If he puts an automotive clear over it it'll last awhile. You're right tho without it will fade in a few years. 😉✌
