Looks to me like you had a little trouble and had to pry the front exhaust pushrod into place with a flathead screwdriver. I had that exact same issue on my 76 sportster earlier on and found out it was because my valve seat was pretty much gone. Found "new" set of heads that had been freshened up and that fixed it.
I think my eyes have gone bad. From the start until about the 5:45 mark your right arm is covered with tatoos, then until the 9:45 mark your left arm has the tatoos, then they switch back to your right arm. Nice trick.
