- Rainy weekend driving around the western Algonquin area, looking for Crown Land sites to camp on with my buddy Roberto.
Got a late start Friday from Toronto and had to camp in the bush on the first night.
On Saturday we drove around the trails in the area until we bumped into an amazing lakefront campsite to spend the second night. Great times!
Drone shots following the Jeep is on point 👌🏽
Thanks for sharing! I'm hopping to head in around that area this summer. Nice to see what the trails are like. Looks beautiful
Remember when you sang “there goes my hero” on the Legends winter camping video? Similar feeling here right now. 😁

Im from Sarnia and drive my jeep up there in that area a few times a year to crown land camp! I enjoy the videos!
Nice!! I wasn’t able to make my way back there this year, but still lots of trails to explore. Definitely heading back 2023.
Hello, cool video.
Quick question;
What alalog maps & what digital maps/apps do you use to navigate those types of locations?
Thanks!
BRMV (Back Road Maps Book). I have the paper version, but the app and paid subscription really helps because you can choose to overlap the Crown Land and 4x4 Trails layers and see your live location.
