What you're showing us with your videos is that the struggle is real. The anxiety, the worry, the money problems are real. Farming may seem fruitless sometimes, but we need you. We depend on people as dedicated and hopeful as you and Lizzy are. I love you and your lovely family. Thank you, Cammy.
I agree Farmers all around 🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴🏴 put their ❤️ soul and money into buying, growing, feeding etc these sheep will have a good life I’m a carnivore and when in season always buy 🇬🇧🇬🇧lamb I had some organic grass fed lamb chops for last week Not cheap but so tasty I always go to my local farm shop to buy my meat It comes from the field next door limousine cattle lamb from Staffordshire pigs from 20 miles from where I live No farmers - NO FOOD 🏴🏴❤️❤️😃😃👍 👍
April 03/24 my cousin and I birthed a lamb who’s mom was having trouble, thanks to Cammy and me watching for years we did it and he was alive, I’m Vickie, Dunchurch Ontario
No regrets. Look forward. It’s so amazing to see how far you’re getting along. Ben watching your videos since the first few. It’s all scary till it’s past and just part of your journey. You got this and our support.
I absolutely loved those type of sheep when you were showing Sandi from Sheepishly Me. I love how their ears stand up. They have beautiful thick wool and their body mass makes for great market lambs! You are making a decision for the future for your family! After the original money is paid back, all the profit is for you and your family! You made the proper decision! Good luck Cammi! I love your channel! 🥰🤗🙏🏻
"Can't lose with sheep" the things we tell ourselves 🤣 They are lovely looking sheep, best of luck with them and hopefully they lamb down well for you 👌
Love your videos. I’m a retired previous sheep farmer originally from Australia, now living in the USA. (My family still farms in Oz, with over 3000 ewes, mainly Dohnes nowadays) I miss the animal side of farming, so to watch you doing yours is great. Hard work, but so rewarding, most of the time. Have a little trouble with the accent, but my grandparents were Scottish, so there is a similarity, so I get most of it. Keep it up!! And good luck with lambing, and future prices
Very nice calm. solid ewes. Getting the type you're breeding for will get you to your "goal" sheep more quickly so they're worth the money! Loved the video!
Good luck with your purchase Cammy lovely ewes , not sure about notlosing money on sheep but love your enthusiasm, keep up the good work and hope weather improves for the lambing for us all .
Haha well done cammy, buying a couple nice ewes while the main boss is away 😂 Great video as always, also a big thumbs up to your sheep transport, great to see a bloke that takes pride/care of his truck and work for livestock 👍
Congrats to your new girls. Big adventure ahead 🍀 Two wires would be asking for trouble with my gang. Five was my answer 😄 Yeah I know maybe a bit overdoing it but it‘s like testing the electric fence twice 😉😁
Welcome back Cammy and as always beautiful sharing adventure documentary updated resume countryside content video and I really appreciate and enjoy watching your lifestyle documentary video channel and keep it up and as always you doing such an amazing job .. thanks again Cammy
Hello from Canada, Sandi got me on to your vlog about your farm. Great view of how you and Liz run your sheep farm. It's similar but different. Love watching your farm family.
You and your hair are so lovable and funny. You Scotsman are just so lovable. Know that I am in Manhattan in New York City and love your videos. The land is so beautiful. You are so lucky! Thank you for doing this. My love to your wife and kids and all your helpers. I love you guys! ❤❤❤❤
I don't fence a lot of our animals and didn't know you could adjust the fencer to a wildlife setting. I have been complaining all year about the pings being too far apart. Going to investigate how to change ours tomorrow. Thanks
You guys are rocking it! Very cool that you are able to grow! :D So exited for daily vlogs! :D These are some of my fave on YT! :D The first I click on! :D
You’ve bought some good looking sheep I know the price of Lamb is very high at this time but this will work out for you I know You farmers always put your ❤and soul into them When in season I always buy 🇬🇧🇬🇧 organic grass fed lamb Last week I had some lamb chops. They were not cheap but so tasty 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴
That's a nice lot of sheep. It's not great weather here in NE Scotland today. Northerlie wind and rain. Hopefully you, in today's date, have better weather.
I'll be honest Cammy, I don't know a lot about sheep (only what I've picked up watching yourself and Lizzie) but, these look like some bonnie animals and you have bought well. 👍
A bit of a different day for ya. Not ridin" herd on Jock and Angus while tryin' ta get things done. I love the littles as much as you seem to, but sometimes you just need a day to get things done without the extra.
A beautiful truck that guy who delivered the sheep, has. Nice and clean. Lovely vehicle👍 lovely sheep you got there. Nicely organized it looks like. Congratulations, Cammy. 👍
I watch your videos all the time. Im a sheep farmer from the us I live in Kentucky. you do a great job got a real good looking flock of sheep. however when you get stressed or excited I swear I cant understand anything you say lol im like playing it back over and over trying to understand what you said lol (I have a very thick southern U.S. accent so you would probably have a hard time understanding me) however you do such a great job with the videos I watch anyways 🤣
Morning from Colorado USA mountains, as an old retired sheep farmer my freezer is now full of local raised Thoes lamb direct from pasture every year. Love watching your family.
😂 cute... comment about merch. Made me laugh. Coincidently nearly everytime I watch one your vlog where you paid $$$ . I have happliy bought merch. Mostly because I had intended and it came right time.
Your getting some quality quality ewes in . You definitely need three lines on that fence though Cammy, and have the voltage right up. Then they'll get a bang of it.
Went to check cows this evening when I was tired and sore and OF COURSE didn’t find them. Animals just do it on purpose when you’re so close to rest relaxation and dinner!
I was saddened to find Thomson Farms from Australia lamb in our store meat section when I absolutely know there’s great Canadian lamb available for purchase. Saddens me I can’t get my hands on it. :0( I’m sure it’s perfectly fine, just rather eat home grown.
Exact same situation in NY’s Finger Lakes region, right down to Thomson Farms. I don’t have space to store a half animal and it’s a quest to find local lamb in any other quantity!
What you need more sheep to lamb with Lizzy outta action. Struth, you're a glutton for punishment as we say here in Oz 🇦🇺🦘. That truck is crazy set up. Amazing how it works. Well done. I love the boot dept, Microwave, coffee machine etc. I hope all the Lambs do well.
🇨🇦 Beautiful ewes ! when you buy sheep at auction will they say that they’re “open and a breeder” or that a”these are all pregnant”? How do you know they’re not someone else’s “ cull ewes”
The way you were talking about how much you were going to buy it’s like you hadn’t told Lizzie yet that’s how much your anxiety was showing, I’m sure everything will be fine you have to put in to get out as the saying goes! Also my dad, brother and now my nephew were all international hgv drivers and they all preferred a Scania so it says something for them as we’re talking over 60 years back when my dad started to my nephew the last 20 x
Great ewes best of luck with them best time to buy when the weather is poor and everyone else are lambing, seriously hope you get a farm to buy or a long term tenancy soon .Dont think people could understand how much work is involved with sheep and to add to all the predtctable things that happen ,they then get fanked up in the electric fence line.aye great tup lamb ,square with a leg at every corner. Sheep find a new way to surprise you every day , theres only three things in life you cant avoid : death , if you have a flat roof it will leak and a sheep will fine a new way to end its life every day. Good luck team Wilson
Still believe you did well. Look at when they are due staggering your current ewes and how many you got for your money. Of you like them so much, spring feed the lamb's to breed. Happy for you
What is the lambing percentage of those ewe's you brought? Are you going with the lambing percentage minus 8% losses will give you enough lambs on the ground to pay for that new flock of ewe's or do you just intend to sell the ram lambs minus a few of the best rams to breed with in other flocks and keep all the ewe's
About 170-180%. I’m thinking closer to 15% losses. I plan to keep all ewe lambs out these ewes and sell the males. I can use lambs from my other ewes to pay them off👍
What you're showing us with your videos is that the struggle is real. The anxiety, the worry, the money problems are real. Farming may seem fruitless sometimes, but we need you. We depend on people as dedicated and hopeful as you and Lizzy are. I love you and your lovely family. Thank you, Cammy.

See how educational these videos are. I hope that YOU TUBE makes note of this and stops with the centuring.
Wow! That truck set-up makes so much sense. I’ve never seen anything like it.
No regrets. Look forward. It’s so amazing to see how far you’re getting along. Ben watching your videos since the first few. It’s all scary till it’s past and just part of your journey. You got this and our support.

Greet, Scots or Slang! Haha
I had no clue what it was when I moved to East Ayrshire 4 years ago, but now that's how my kids talk!
They sound like great kids! 😁

Great to see inside the Truck
Wanted to be a Truck Driver when I became obsessed with Burt Reynolds and his Smokey and the Bandit movies
😁
Great video, looking forward to the lambing vlogs
Morning from Colorado USA mountains, as an old retired sheep farmer my freezer is now full of local raised Thoes lamb direct from pasture every year. Love watching your family.
Your videos are getting really good keep up the good work
Thanks, will do!
I do hope that you get your Farm one day soon x
He is a nice ram but I'm biased I love the ram with his tail lol
I was going to wait to watch with my husband but I can't wait.
Just have to watch twice Amanda 😁
You did say at the start of the year you were aiming for 2000 sheep to lamb for next year, and I guess you'll be lot closer to that now
😂 cute... comment about merch. Made me laugh. Coincidently nearly everytime I watch one your vlog where you paid $$$ . I have happliy bought merch. Mostly because I had intended and it came right time.
Saw this truck last week going up/down the m74 wondered what the layout was thought it was
Cows at 1st
Spending a significant amount of money is always sphincter clenching. Best wishes from Alabama, USA
Your getting some quality quality ewes in . You definitely need three lines on that fence though Cammy, and have the voltage right up. Then they'll get a bang of it.
Thanks Paul!
Went to check cows this evening when I was tired and sore and OF COURSE didn’t find them. Animals just do it on purpose when you’re so close to rest relaxation and dinner!
😅 i’m feeling more tired and sorer by the day!
big risk. great location,well done
Glad you survived the day. Thank you for sharing. I am still confused on what type of sheep you are selling. For food? For wool?
All my lambs go into the meat market 👍
Oops. I add investing in assets that will multiply is different from “spending money”. Snowy, wet day here in new Iowa.
I was saddened to find Thomson Farms from Australia lamb in our store meat section when I absolutely know there’s great Canadian lamb available for purchase. Saddens me I can’t get my hands on it. :0( I’m sure it’s perfectly fine, just rather eat home grown.

Wow beautiful herd.
Hi from NZ & Australia
“Ooh, why am I doing it again?” 😂❤
Do you get the chance to get eyes on every sheep every day?
It must be very challenging with them spread out on so many parcels of land.
Gotta love bale string😊
The best part was the cubby hole for his dirty boots in the door jam
What you need more sheep to lamb with Lizzy outta action. Struth, you're a glutton for punishment as we say here in Oz 🇦🇺🦘.
That truck is crazy set up. Amazing how it works. Well done. I love the boot dept, Microwave, coffee machine etc. I hope all the Lambs do well.
A sheep farmer's life is not always a happy life!
Cami, did ya think ya had the wrong day?🤪🤪😂😂
My da taught me to use a long piece of grass to test an ⚡️fence!
🤣
🇨🇦 Beautiful ewes ! when you buy sheep at auction will they say that they’re “open and a breeder” or that a”these are all pregnant”? How do you know they’re not someone else’s “ cull ewes”
I see by your invoice that they are pregnant. Ignore my question 😊
Beautiful lorry aka truck 😍

Nothing makes a Scotsman more nervous than spending money. Well except spending borrowed money 😅
Hello from Canada! Another fan who found your channel through Sandi Brock.
I'm so glad you actually got to meet. It was a great video!
Best luck.sheep.look good
That is a lot of extra ewes to lamb along with the ewes you have.
Still believe you did well.
Look at when they are due staggering your current ewes and how many you got for your money.
Of you like them so much, spring feed the lamb's to breed.
Happy for you
