To turn on the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station, you will need to press and hold the power button (the button in the middle) for about 3 seconds until the red light is on.
Both DJI Agras T40 and Mavic 3 M can connect to the D-RTK 2 Mobile station when the DRTK 2 is set on Mode 5. The mode button is the one on the right, and the number of times the light under this button blinks indicates the mode.

There is any way to use just the RC and D-RTK 2? I mean without the aircraft. Just go to a field I intend to map walking around with the RC in hands and the base station correcting the RC signal.

Yes, for the remote controller of DJI Agras T30 and newer models you need to attach a USB RTK Dongle to your remote controller (RC) that works as an RTK receiver, then you will be able to link to the DRTK Mobile Station and increase the accuracy of your RC location for mapping.

Unfortunately, it does not work for me, it only increases the accuracy of the aircraft. @@talosdrones
