- This is how I set up when I am selling food. This set up worked well for me and I hope that you can take some ideas away from it and that you will be able to use them for your own setup. This setup was in compliance for the health department regulations of my town, but it is not compliant for others. It is your job to check with your own city and state regulations to see what you need with your setup.
I appreciate all the vendors on youtube who take the time and effort to share their experience and expertise with those of us considering a concession business.

Can you provide some explanation about the items that you used for your display especially the tent, tables, and tablecloths and what you are selling and promoting. Also, can you provide the brand names , dimensions in feet and inches of the items that you you used such as the tent, table, and tablecloths and where you bought them.

@@izzyh.3581 No, I am not a health inspector at all. I just want to duplicate what you are using there in your video. I recently bought two similar tables locally and a tent from Amazon. I am satisfied with the two tables, but I don't like the tent from Amazon. Yours look simple and light. Also, I have not been able to find suitable tablecloths like those that you are using in your video. Do I sound like a health inspector if I ask where you bought the items like tablecloths and the measurements of certain items that you show us in your video?. I am sorry if you think that way.

its not a condemning someones effort. this is not a home inovation, Its about health and safety for selling food in public area. Its about the street dust coming in, its about wind and polution coming on the food plates. This man cannot even pack his bed before going to work. It is a clear proof someone really do not have brains.

and you are not a profesional seller. You will get in problems with consumers. You are not allowed to get dust where you cook. You breake up all business for street selling with the conditions and your ideea provided. its the stupidest plan i have ever seen

doesnt matter. this video must not be shown in the wrong and unsafe way for use with food. some easy mind people can follow this and go in troubles with food hygiene rules. if you are not food seller better dont write your comments with escuses
