- Please come and join me at a class on the tour, all profits will go The Lotus Flower. The tour will also be heading out to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq this summer to work with the women in The Lotus Flower centres in the refugee camps.

It is for women and girls....what about boys and men?
No one gives a crap about us.
What good is breathing and dancing going to do to provide clean water, medical care, food. And hope?

Thank you for bringing this up and for voicing your opinion as I’m sure others that watch this video might feel the same.
I hope that there are charities that focus on the guys that need help too as of course they are as equally as important as the girls.
The lotus flower help the women and girls that have been raped, abused and lost their homes through this awful war. My gorgeous friend who set up this charity was also one of these women, I feel strongly that I want to help her and it’s a cause is this very close to my heart for personal reasons too.
Raising money, bringing awareness and spending time with these women certainly does make me feel good and I hope that the love and care I will show them while teaching them yoga and meditation will bring many benefits to them too. And the money that we raise through the tour can help with all the amenities that they need for their future to move forward in a more positive way. Xx
