10 boneless skinless chicken tenders
6 eggs
2 scoops of unflavored protein powder
½ cup hot sauce
1 bag of Wild Buffalo chicken protein chips
2 scoops of protein powder for the dry dredge
1 tbsp of chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic and onion powder, pinch of salt and pepper
For the Blue cheese sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder
1 minced clove of garlic
1 cup blue cheese crumbles
Juice of a lemon
