Twenty-two disciplinary actions, including suspensions, and his parents still let him come and go as he pleased, out drinking and smoking weed at 3:00 a.m., at age 14! That’s the problem right there. His parents wanted to be his friends and not his parents. They spoiled him and let him do anything he wanted. He thought he could do anything, and get away with anything. Game over, little punk.

Maybe not tomorrow or next week or year I hope he is an adult cause i don’t want to hear how wrong it was to put a kid in jail he’s a cold blooded killer and would do it again when out and being there is a rise in juvenile violent crime I want them to go harder on them, so I hope upon turning 18-19 years old someone in prison takes him out. Same with those school
Shooters only got life not death which is what they deserve. Just leave him unattended one day after turning 18 with someone likes to SA & kill young men horribly and is getting the death penalty already as I feel he should idc how old he is then oh whoopsie 🤷‍♀️. I'll concede that at 14 you don't know nearly as much as you'll claim. I'd concede that point until about early 20s lol, personally. But you know killing is wrong. You know that at a very young age. You know stabbing is wrong. You know their family would miss them. You know pointy things hurt... there's zero excuse for this. Zero. He needs to be in prison and cannot be rehabilitated. My mom told us kids, "if you hurt someone else, if you commit a crime, don't run to mama. I'll turn you in all the same." And she stuck by that when my brother, at a young age, got himself in jail for sneaking in alcohol to a venue and underage drinking...
The officer asked what she wanted to do and she asked how long they could keep him. He said overnight, she said, see you in the morning. We need to hold children accountable. When kids screw up, as we all do, they need equal disciplinary action. He violently murdered and tortured this little girl. He knew exactly what he was doing. He wanted to inflict pain and kill someone. This was no "accident" or simple screw up. This was premeditated. Glorified. This is not a redeemable action.

I hear what you're saying. Although she did a god job of outlining the merits if the case & the factors for why the state is requesting a life sentence, she wasn't personable. She didn't take us into the woods as Trystin, forcing us all to imagine how terrified she must have been. How the time betwen each stabbing would have felt like an eternity for her. How confused & betrayed she must have been when this monster plunged that cold blade into her for the 1st time. How she must have screamed & finally accept that she was going to die & no one could hear her pleading for her life. How he must've taken a break to regroup & find his breathe again because stabbing someone 114 times must surely be exhausting - especially with all that adrenaline pumping. How she must have begged him to stop, only to be met with indifference at best or satanic glee in his eyes as he lives out his sadistic fantasy at worse.
I hear you. She could have done a better job in bringing the case home & making it about that night & not about the factors. Let's hope it works!

When that didn’t happen he knew going to trial with the massive evidence they had, no plea was being offered, he plead guilty. He can’t be rehabilitated, he still has threatened others that he going to stab them, clearly nothing makes this evil monster change. He was probably born evil and will die evil

Why does anybody see Aiden as a kid with so many psychological problems? It isn't normal to kill somebody this brutally without a reason except for wanting to kill somebody.
What Aiden really needs is help, someone who listens to him, someone who helps him manage his emotions...not spending life in prison... if he had this help before, like he asked for, it would've never come to murder....it's a child, how could you send a child into prison for the rest of his life?? Children don't reflect and think about their behavior like adults. Everybody can change his behavior, but only if he gets chance and the right help to do it..I will never understand why people would send children to life in prison without even trying to help them getting a better person... don't get me wrong, he needs to be punished, but he needs help as well and it seems to me, that nobody really wants him to do better in the future. Everybody just says:"he did this, so that means that he will never be free again, and he will never get the chance to come back to society" Well, seeing that makes me really proud of my country, our human image and the german legal system!

I have to admit something - I have always been against charging a minor as a adult. What makes a minor a minor is their age and their brains unable to grasp what they’ve done or did. Until this case. This case and listening to them explain her autopsy changed it all for me. Aiden isn’t a minor or an adult, he is the devil. And should never ever be let out. If he can do such horrible acts at such a young “innocent” age then just imagine what he is capable of doing as a full grown man. He is evil, and I can’t stand knowing this poor family has to keep growing and living while Tristan is forever stopped at 13. One day they’ll all be together again in heaven, and I know her family will see her again one day. I’m so sorry to their family.

It takes ALOT OF STRENGTH to actually slice the SKULL bone with knife, alot of strength to break off the TIP..
In all the stabbing, the knife would become slippery from all the blood and usually the killers hand can slip (if this is all done during a RAGE) it will slip and ged cut his own hand.. yet the boy has NO CUTS..
Want to know what could give the boy a MANS STRENGTH and not be inna RAGE to create that strength (missing adrenaline rush)..
    ...... a DEMON... yep.. a DEMON.
PS. The grabdma said in her testimony that the boy claimed his house was HAUNTED.. i think he was tormented by a demon, it jumped in him, gave him super strength and killed the girl.. then the demon jumped out and the boy is left confused.

Adin was writing his own bio... NO ONE TOLD OR MENTIONED THIS TO A HIGHER SCHOOL AUTHORITY, this is said in class, at home, on social media, etc! These kids must have the brains of a bird? So much for see something, say something! It makes my blood run cold, thinking my teen girl would be hanging with some guy talking this continual slop, then calling him "BOYFRIEND" Excuse Me? What the H are children calling OTHER children BOY - GIRL-FRIEND for? These are CHILDREN for GOD SAKE! They are friends... and when you go OUT you go in 4's ... Never alone with just one boy & girl. That was my mom's, and dad's rules. NO SINGLE DATING, until after high school. Out in the car? Two couples, that's the rule...
No wonder 1/2 of the High School Graduating class are PARENTS, having children who will grow up with NO PARENTS. What the H was Triston doing slipping out the backdoor at 13, in the middle of the night, to go smoke POT? Maybe that's why she was going out to the woods with ADIN! Where is this town, back in the woods somewhere? Her dad said she talked of being a doctor? Dr of WHAT? Hanging around guys that watch HORROR, GORY Flicks, covered in blood, spine-chilling violence, bloodshed, and horrifying attacks in these flicks? Birds of a feather flock together! Sounds just like what I want my daughter to be watching daily after school when she's a 13 yr old ...Slasher movies, preparing Triston for her future Med School Surgeries.

It wasn't Tristyn that watched horror movies with him, it was his "girlfriend", who admitted Aiden told her he wanted to stab & kill someone.
I agree about kids not dating & the rules for sure, but you have Tristyn mixed up with the other. Somehow she was lured by him, & likely rejected him which he took as "disrespect". No child deserves to die a brutal death like she did. Not even if it was the girl who watched movies & smoked pot with him.
49 of the 114 stab wounds were defensive. She fought for her life as her lungs began collapsing. He stabbed her in the head multiple times so hard that the tip of the knife broke off & was lodged in her skull.
