Hey bro question again! For the 3tc timing how much is too advanced?? I adjusted mine to factory with the side drafts but it sounds like shit and weak sauce!! Lol so I put it to about 15° btdc with vacuum lines disconnected and it runs better, still lil rough. But bolt almost maxed out on my distributor bolt slot and scared to put it anymore advanced before I blow my motor. Is it okay to be that advanced? Also I got the first distributor with the 2 vacuum holes on the diaphragm thing but i got the 2 vacuum combine and go to the same port on the intake, is that correct? Or do I got it wrong? Seems to advance correctly with them connecting together.
This video has so much needed information in one, I've seen it 30 plus times maybe. Just did my head gasket, valve seals, oil pan and checked the timing on my 2tc. Came back for the knowledge, hopefully my 78 2tc Corolla wagon starts after im done lol. First time ever doing this, Awesome video TSG. 👍
Hi, I'm working on a 3tc here in the states and the distributor I have won't clear my intake for the Weber's. How or where do you find the distributor with the taller body? Thanks for the old school Corolla videos!
Eridani Palmrose email me. i have a friend that might have one laying around. i did cut a piece off the side of the intake so the distributor can spin, i didnt mentioned that in the video.
I have a quick question . What distrubutor is required when using the side draft on a 1980 1.8 Corolla wagon ? Thanks. The original Distrubutor hits the Side draft. I saw you guys used a smaller one . What year is that from. Thanks
I got a Toyota 1978 2TC engine but I like to swap a 3TC engine , I don't know where to start and if it fits my car or I have to make some o f kind changes, would you like to help me with this protect, my car is down now , thank you great video , I wish I woulded watched before

Mano mano compre hace poco un 3tc,tiene palo pero no se sabe cual,y donde vivo es incomodo sacar palo para verlo etc,Y tengo que calibrarlas por que hai que poner las barillas nuevas pero cuando saque no sabre la calibracion ,,Alguna recomendacion?

Hi there from Miami and had my share or 1.8 3-TC motors and with mikkun or Webber’s change to a 2-TC distributor they fit like a glove.
A question, greetings, is it necessary to have cams to mount webers or not?

you most use de old like70 79 but 79 is good because is the smoll one .att villano power raicin time N.C.

Antes de sacar las barrillas chequea a cuanto estan calibrabas las q tiene puesta al momento
