A couple questions, I don't have a physical address- but I have a business club I am a member of, would it better to put that address or just the entire state on the claim my business google page?
I have a business name that is incorporated: Coastal Senior Benefits. I have purchased that domain name alongw with my own domain name (myself): John Tsahakis. If I'm building the brand of the business, I put CSB verus my own name. However you have put your name instead of Brock and Credile.... What is the reason and is one way better than the other (company brand vs my own) does it make a difference?

Did I miss how to get eyeballs on the lead form or do I need to pay for web traffic?
Jesse McClung you definitely need to send people to it somehow. Facebook ads, google ads, traditional media with a direct link for them to go to, etc.

Just like any other page. You just make a link to that page in the footer. The copy you can steal and rewrite from any other privacy page just about.
