They use a very thin oil now, so it should have direct oil pressure in 1-2 seconds

My 1,5 after cold start running 750rpm always when ambient temperature is under 0 degress. When it's warm, cold start at 1200rpm always and its noisy start, hear wastegate rattle

mine to (mk3/1.5/2019) doing that rattle sound, about 4-5 sec after cold start.. is that harmfull ?
