MG Sentry getting slept on. ~80sec cooldown? Way more uptime than a gatling.
The extra ammo is great too. I often use both the Gatling and the machine gun sentries in tandem
I definitely prefer the MG sentry, medium pen, you pretty much spam it out without thinking, and accidentally kills you less 😂
I've been diving from Day One (literally) and I didn't even know gatling sentries had a lifetime, to show you how little it matters in the actual field xD
The funny thing about the sickle is that in terms of AR, BEFORE the patches, it was the best. Ammo and DPS combo, just way outmatched any of the Liberators. Now however, the regular liberator does a bit more damage, and while the Lib Pen does a little less damage, it hits heavier targets making it more useful.
Still love the sickle though. It’s definitely a “fallback” gun for me if I want to try something new and don’t want to have to worry about ammo
I think commanders should just start swing wildly when their head pops instead of knowing exactly where you are 😂
I found that the MG sentry is absolutely busted right now with it being able to have two up if the first doesn't run out of ammo. But on Bugs, the GS is very good for chaff clear. If I'm running a primarily Sentry loadout, I like to bring both with the Rocket Turret.
Sickle should be really good on cold planets against bots after devastators got armor removed from their faces. It melts average bots and also really nice for sustained headshot spray to take down devastators.
I love spamming the machine gun sentry and rocket it really clears stuff out. Especially if you're on the bots and those new jumping bastards
Honestly Sentries are the best and I've been using them since level 60 I am 120 now
The machine gun and autocannon have both been a staple mandatory takens because of the utility and now the Gatling is as well...
It's so good to be able to run full engineer because the amount of utility you get from having that much firepower is terrific Just grab a support weapon from a teammate later and team load

reducing the uptime and the times to 150 secs is a buff, now you can have many more active sentry through the game

I actually like using the explosive mortar & gatling together.
Place them together and let the carnage unfold.
With the new major order on the boy front, are you going to make more videos on the bots? Are these vids just backlog from beforehand?
It would be cool to see something with the ballistic shield since it is very underused in my opinion

You should do bots when a weapon you are trying can be used against them; we need help on the bot front
Gatling sentry and machine gun sentry paired with the RR and 500kg is nasty af for bugs, not a single bug is making it anywhere near an objective or you for that matter
I do 3 sentries + quasar and it works great!

Not per the rules, no. From lore point of view.... Maybe? I assume the singular bolts are too unfocused to get the fire going *shrugs*
Man will they ever fix this problem of teammates not joining? It's been like 3 months, you gotta restart the game after somebody leaves every single time
Personally I've noticed it doesn't happen as often to me but it is still happens here and there and it's pretty annoying when it does
