- Welcome!! KOMEY & I JUST MOVED! YAAyyyy. First full week in my new place! I remember going out on Spring St. in DTLA every week when I was 19 (and had a fake LOL) & telling myself I’d live here when I was an “adult.” “Adult” is still a foreign concept to me BUT we’re here now. Looking like a showroom too 😂The space is going to change but just wanted to document the "before" as I love anythhiiiing interior design/architecture.

Aww we live in the same building!!! I love it here too, but the only thing I don't like is all the dust. I have to vacuum every single day. When I first did the tour I fell in love and just knew this was the place I was meant to be! Enjoy the night life and the bars (if you partake) across the street/around the corner. So much to do in this little corner of the world!!! Welcome to DTLA again!!!

I dont mean to be rude of intrusive about money but how much does rent usually cost for such a huge place like that? I live in Vancouver Canada and our rent is sooooooooo high that at 23 years old I still live at home. Rent is about $1,500 CAD for maybe an 800 square feet basement suite thats like 20 years old. Our minimum wage is so low most people who work 40 hours a week are considered low income. I also love everything you do you inspire me so much to live my best life!
