- cause i just moved so what better time to upload this tour of my old place eh ;D there’s a bit of an intro with some bg about the place but if u want to get straight to the tour bit skip to 4:45 ✨ and i've got a floorplan of the place at 1:15 to give you a better idea of the flow of the space xx
i wanna say sorry right off the bat for the kinda weird bumps in the audio?? i have no idea what was happening but i think it might have been my mic teetering back and forth on my suuuuper uneven floors rip so maybe skip headphones for this one!
i hope y'all like this video! it was fun to reminiscence on this space - i liked it a lot and it served me so well for the almost two years i lived there but it was definitely time for an upgrade lolol. like we have an in unit washer/dryer now! and WE HAVE A DISHWASHER and sinks that aren't peeling!! and also now i have proper space to store all my shop stuff and it's just very nice to have a bit more space to spread out aahhh

Cheyenne your videos make me feel so calm and make me want to create. I've lived in my studio for about 2 years and I recently I cleaned out a bunch of my old junk that was cluttering up the place. Keeping my apartment clean and neat has really boosted my creativity and I'm back to writing letters to my friends
I agree that new build apartments have little to no character! Older ones are just so artistically made and well thought out
I come back to this video probably once a week and it is so calming and makes me feel cozy

In September I’m going to be moving into a studio so I’m starting the apartment hunt pretty soon. I’m a bit stressed about it, and watching studio tours like this are really helping me! Plus your studio floor plan is basically the floor plan I’m hoping for

this apartment looks so beautiful and has so much character. so many apartment tours have a really minimalistic, white, clean sort of theme which is cool if they like that but having things on the wall and books everywhere like this apartment makes it feel so much more cozy and inviting to me :)

Look okay like you said it looks LIVED IN and I absolutely love that because I've been slowly putting together my apartment and I love watching apartment tours and I've just seen so many with the same kind of furniture and white everything and yours just brought me so much comfort and inspired more upcycling ideas and it was very wonderful

I'm getting here late, but this showed up on my feed. I LOVE the character of the apartment! It's so cool to see the antique effect of the bathroom sink faucets and the ice box. Your mirrors from the family farm in Sweden are lovely in aesthetic and in the heart feels from how they came to you. It's like carrying the love of your ancestors. Very cool! And I'm envious of the closet. You may no longer live there, but it's wonderful all the same. I know what you mean about the character of a building. Older building give you the warmth of time and you can feel the imprint of other people holding you up and it automatically gives a warm and cozy feel. New buildings don't do that. I love your space! It’s so cozy and welcoming. I live in a tiny 1-bedroom apartment myself that’s shared with my mom and brother. It drives me crazy with how little storage we have but so many things splayed all over the place. I really hate the space that I live in but I’ve been trying to make things work and I’m so glad you uploaded this video because, like what you said about you working from home, it should be a place you feel good in and makes you happy. I’m definitely going to take that to heart and learn to love this place more and be thankful I have a home. ☺️💚
