ASPARAGUS FRITTATA

So I feel incomplete if I do not have eggs for breakfast
I think it’s because , whilst growing up ..
My mum insisted on us having eggs for breakfast ..
So even today
No matter where I am travelling
And what I’m eating ..
I will always have 2 eggs ..
My favourite combination when I’m in India is to have it with a Dosa
And when I’m travelling abroad , a slice of multigrain sourdough or a croissant.,
Then post that
A single shot of espresso, no milk - no sugar
But a piece of cake with it ..
