He would technically be next in line for the throne but not a prince since he's a brother and not a son
However he wouldn't get anything since his existence or his relationship to zeref isn't known and hence he wouldn't be considered to be an emperor
In case yall didn't know, the infinity clock arc IS CANNON. Hiro Mishima, the mangaka for Fairytail, wanted to add this to the Manga but was denied but was able to have them add it to the anime. So it is cannon because the mangaka wanted it in 😂.

I think it's useless to talk about who's the strongest or weakest. Brandish could in theory kill anyone in an instant, by for exmaple enlarging their head to the point that it crushes the rest of the body (If I remember correctly, things made larger or smaller by her magic also change weight accordingly). What does her raw magic power matter, when she can do things like that?
