Wow! So wonderfully done, as if you were the protagonist yourself and right in the middle of mother nature. Thanks for taking me on that trip..... Great content!
Amen! Get out there and have an adventure of your own! Love this video, Chris! So glad it happened to be on my UA-cam page today. Been years since I have come back to your content. Glad I did! :D -Aaron
Aaron, thanks for the kind words. I’ve been too busy with other work to keep up with the UA-cam life… something I intend on changing each year and never get around to haha.
I am very critical of filmmaker’s projects and choose to not say anything. Wow! Great film. Thanks for sharing your vision and message. I needed that kick in the pants.
Absolut cool! Super Aufnahmen exzellent kombiniert 👍🏻 erzählt so gut wie man das wiederkehrende Gefühl überwinden muss um wieder die Schönheit des Lebens zu genießen 👍🏻man will quasi mit ins Wasser springen 😉
Beautifully shot, edited and scored as always. I’d find it worth saving even if it didn’t inspire me to get off my lazy bum and take some pretty pitchurs, which it did.
Why'd you pick that Olympus to record this? You'd have told me this was shot on any current camera and I'd have believed you, insane quality you got out of it.
Nice film but the extremely elongated format doesn't feel right to me, especially in close-ups where I frequently wished for additional space at the top and bottom.
Thanks. I’m well aware of the ultra wide aspect. It’s when you use a 2x anamorphic lens on a 17:9 recording aspect. I could have cropped the sides to reduce it down to a 2.39:1 aspect, but I didn’t want to lose all the anamorphic characteristics of the special lenses we used. I highly recommend watching this on a big screen, then it actually works as intended if you ask me.
Love the transition to the sunny side :-) and the moment to take "me" along. Sweet piece, thank you!
Thanks for the kind words 🙏🏼
What you do is simply spectacular. I wish I had your filmmaking talent.
Such a wonderful message and story. Videography was spectacular ! Thanks for sharing the inspiration.

@@cutecoots the best camera is the one you’ve got with you 😉
Lovely Video! Felt like half a movie. Crazy how long 11 minutes can feel like! I'm only missing a 21:9 screen to watch properly😅
Thanks!
I’m leading the way on the very ultra super wide screen format. 😅
Why'd you pick that Olympus to record this?
You'd have told me this was shot on any current camera and I'd have believed you, insane quality you got out of it.
@@rafaeljimenez197 well… it was a project for and paid for by Olympus / OM System. So, logically I shot it on their cameras.
Nice film but the extremely elongated format doesn't feel right to me, especially in close-ups where I frequently wished for additional space at the top and bottom.
