just an addendum to skidded paralell turns: you go up to "unload" the skis, which actually enables you to shift to the uphill ski edge. then, "bend down" again while increasing the pressure on the uphill ski edge, which leads to a nice carving turn, making the former uphill ski your new downhill ski. as a sidenote tho, dont do this while being fully perpendicular to the slope, you always want to point the tips downhill a bit. it does work perpendicular too, but it's not easy to control if you're not experienced with carving, gotta have a good balance. also, don't lean into the swing. all of this is the reason for pole planting, btw. it just FORCES you to unload. plant pole, unload, shift edge, load again. ps: skiing for almost 30 years, still watching this. great guide!
I used this video during my first ski trip at Lake Placid... let me warn all beginners by saying that no matter how much videos you watch, if you don’t go out there and fall a bunch- you’ll never learn. I am sore, my bum is sore and my back and knees are a little banged up, BUT IT WAS FUN! Keep at it and don’t give up. I’ll be now taking a yearly ski trip after just 2 days of skiing. I still want to try again because everyone seems to love it once they master it and I want to feel that way too, lol
oh i remember my first time 12 years ago, i was a young kid and i was stubborn, i went on the black diamond for the first time without instructions. Humble brag but i pick up on this pretty easily, not that time. I fell probably 50 times until i got down, tried again the next day it was easier and so on, then tried a green run and it was easy as fuck didn't want to go, and i realized that i needed training, so next two years i was in a skii school starting every november of course, and it took some time to master the upside V stop format and then the double II on the side with the skies, it's best to go to the native country (Where you're from) and learn from another foreign country. It's going to be hard but hey, it's the greatest sport of all time.
@TheRelihunter from the instructors I have seen, this video was more accurate and informative than a lot of skiing instructors. Guess that is just my experience tho
I can’t thank you enough for this video! My boyfriend invited me on a ski trip this weekend and I told him it was my first time! Knowing he would have complete confidence in my ability to “wing it” I figured I should watch a video to at least get the basics and boy am I glad I did! We got to the mountain and the only pointers that I got from him were, “if you wanna stop, do pizza…” I have never skiied in my life so I’m guessing he assumed I knew what that was! Then he proceeded to tell me we were going down a green, which in itself was scary bc why wouldn’t he start me on the bunny slopes, huh? Who knows. Anyway, I fell a couple times and was a little scared bc it was my first time (like I said before). Anyway fast forward 6 hours, we go down that first green again and I am once again traumatized a bit, which I found weird bc I did that one first….. only to find out it was a BLUE. He took me down a blue the first time with no instructions so I cannot thank you enough for this 17 minute video, because frankly without it, I would’ve died- or if I managed to get down the mountain in one piece, I would’ve murdered my boyfriend. Anyways, thanks so much for this video! It was truly a lifesaver! Cheers!!!
I haven’t skied in about a year so I lost the feel of it and am probably gonna be uncomfortable but this vid helped me to remember how it feels again. Thank you!
Good tips. The one tip that someone told me that saved me, was to turn your chest toward the direction you want to go. If you turn your upper body first, your feet follow naturally.
I’m going skiing for my first time ever in 2 days and this video hit the spot. I feel a little calmer now. My goal is to still go to the beginner lessons too. Wish me luck, I’m excited!
I had a few ski lessons many years ago, but I went again recently, and I had forgotten how to do something important - how to put on my skis. I went down the bunny slope for the first time with my skis on backwards. The people on the lift noticed that something was wrong, just as I was about to get on the lift and go up again, and I got off and we put the skis on the right way. They told me they were amazed that I had even been able to put them on. It was really hard to put them on, and it took about five minutes of struggling, to put them on backwards by myself.
Here's a quick tip. Use your gloves when tightening your ski boots. Not only is it faster but keep your hands from getting squashed when you hear the click/snap sounds.
This has been wonderfully helpful. Your videos are brilliant. Just took to the kids slope with the family in Levi, Lapland. All skiing for the first time. We were (or I was) on the deck more times than not but all thought it was absolutely amazing!!! Onwards and upwards. Really excited to be learning a new sport/hobby as I enter my 50’s in the next few years. Best wishes from Scotland 😎
Went skiing for the first time in my life today... the instructor was suprised how quick I picked it up, but secretly i watched videos like this a 100 times lol - so thanks! really helpful video.
Shown my two sons 10yo and 7yo your video. They are going skiing for the first time in 3 months. You are a great instructor, very clear instructions and logical progression. This video has been a great help. Thank you.

Yesterday i saw snow for the first time, it was fun at the beginning but it’s ~-20c here so the fun turns into pain really quickly. Good I live in a desert.
thank you so much for sharing this video. I cannot tell you how much your tips have helped me to go from wedge turns to parallel turns in short order. The last part of your video where you say "this up and down movement is crucial...", yes indeed, that was what finally brought it all together for me. It's that movement that releases the pressure of the controlling ski edge and allows me to turn. On my 4th trip (ever) to the slopes I was able to short turn down black diamond slopes while keeping fairly good balance. It's not pretty but I can go down the slopes with high confidence that i'm not going to tumble or run into other skiers.
I watched this video 24 hrs prior to a ski trip. Nothing replaces the experience of snow under the skis however, this video helped me so much. Cheers and thanks for the information and great tutorial.
I’ve been skiing since I was 3 or 4 years old. I just clicked this because I’m bored and daydreaming about winter. There is definitely some good advice here !
Thank you for introducing new people to our beautiful sport! I’ve been skiing since i was very young and i enjoy every second on the mountain! To anyone watching this, i hope that you will enjoy your time as well! At first skiing may be hard but you can and will learn!
I just tried skiing. The instructor was super patient and cool. I stil have problems creating a wedge with the skis to stop and I tend to lean back when falling since I fear I might get injurued. Getting up was easy but tiring after a while. I learned that you could sweat in negative celsius while skiing.
My first time was at a pretty steep and short slope that was extremely crowded, my biggest fear was crashing into someone because i don't know how to properly slow down or turn lol
I went skiing for the first time in my life yesterday and we got a dope instructor, he thought how to fall properly(sit down on your skis and slowly lay down) how to stand up, whitch was simmilar to what you showed but without the sticks, you had to sit on you skiis first and then use your knees and boots to stand up whitch required 0 effort, then he thought how to snow plow and once I got it down, we had learned everything in 1 hour, over the next 2 hours I fell only 1 time because I was heading into the ski lift whitch was on the same level and didn't know how to turn at that point. Later I learned it and it was the most fun I've had in my life even tried doing some jumps and fancier turns whitch nearly got me hitting the ground but survived :) all around good experiences for skiing.
Im 12 years old (11 at the time) and learned to ski red slopes in 2 days while it was my first time! This really helps out my tip is to start with plowing on easy slopes and Then try to bring the skis together like he Said in Every turn and then try to go faster. I even had a knee injury at this time so it was hard to get up if I fell but just keep practicing and you will get it! Sorry if my English isn’t that good I’m European so English is not my native language.
@@DewTime He's giving legitimate advice. Start slowly and gradually bring your skis closer together. It'll take time and instruction, but if you do it smartly you can avoid all injury.
I went to Park City, Utah, recently, and skied for the first time in 50+ years. I was a beginner 50 years ago, and I still am. Your video gave me confidence, though, and I had a LOT of fun. One procedure gave me some trouble, however, and even with practice back at the house, I found it very difficult. It was getting back up when I fell. I’m actually pretty flexible, and even strong. But, the stiffness of the boots prevented me from getting far enough over my feet to move forward and ultimately back up. We’re returning to Utah again next year and maybe I’ll figure it out by then. 😋
Thanks, I haven't skied for 3 years, and this is the first time I'm going with my school, so I have to do lessons. I've never done lessons before, so I feel like I'm gonna be the only one not falling directions, and falling on my butt., and failing. I'm going to be in group 2, so I'm kinda nervous, but I want to be with my friends. The things that you taught in the video will help me a lot. Thank you!
Went skiing for the first time yesterday on Mt Hermon and i managed to do the hard (red) course easily thanks to you! I started with the medium (blue) track amd long skis and fell a few times. After 4 rounds I switched to snow blades (sorry skis) and wow it was so easy to control! Didn't manage to do the plowing technique (called pizza here) but parallel slaloms and drifting were a breeze! Went to the top after a few successful runs on the medium. It was a perfect snow(powdery) clear sky hot day (4-10 C) i was a bit over dressed though. Thank you!
I saw your recent video on learning to ski, but this video is by far the best. The way you describes things is much easier to follow, the hip movement, bow tie, they are good but not as effective as learning from this. Also, I learned more from this video than from a ski instructor I had.
I had skiing lessons 40 years ago at school. Now I have a home close to the French alps and I stay there in winter. It's just a 90 minutes drive to a great ski resort and I was tempted going there and have a try. It looks fantastic when you are doing it and I love the mountains. But when I watched your video I remembered all the pain and shame and misery doing these exercises back then. Do not want to go through it again. Thanks helping me to make up my mind.
Haven't skied since in 35 yrs (ie; don't remember ANYTHING). Just taking 3 tips from this video that i could recall when out there yesterday made a huge difference. Stayed on green runs, but i actually skied. Thank you.
mate.. thank you. I have been roller and quad skating only....and that was 25 years ago. i watched this 10 times so i will not forget any of it while i am on spot. I will tell you guys how its gonna go next week...but this is a really great introduction. on the other hand: you could have been a great teacher. you make it sound so relaxing and the way you build up the explanation is also entertaining. I am saying this as a professional. I constantly train people and hold presentations in my line of work. allow me to give you one small advice. You should take averagely 1 second pauses between sentences and avg. 3 second pauses between paragraphs. This will help attendants absorb and process information 5x faster. bottom line...thumbs up... i would give you 100 likes if i could. THANKS MAN! :)
I did not kill myself though...your vid is a must watch.. :) i managed to go down blue slopes the 2nd day... well i still got some pain here and there even after 10 days
Thank you SO much for making this video. It's very helpful. You deserve to put an ad (maybe a pop up ad at the bottom of the video so that the video doesn't get interrupted). You have helped over 1.7M people!
I started skiing at 63 and I'm terrified. ha ha - I want to be able to enjoy the winters in NY. These tips are super great. I'm going to play tomorrow at our local small hill and see how I do. Thanks for the great lesson. Oh, I have gone to an instructor which was good but they really didn't get into this detail so it's great to have found this video. Thanks!!
Thanks. Havent been skiing for 18 Years now, I will give it a try this season - but with a ski instructor of course. Nice introduction video, i hope it helped me prepare myself a little for the skiing course.
This video is priceless. Taught myself how to ski in two days, using this and one other helpful UA-cam video. Ski lessons i took 5 years ago were useless, they just said pizza and french fry. That type of class is only helpful if you can't even balance on skis. The only other important points are 1) Using shorter side to side turns will help control your speed and direction (instead of just pizza which doesn't help in steeper slopes!). Practice wider turns first, but know that you'll be gaining some speed in between turns, and be comfortable with that. 2) If you feel you're going too fast, aim your skis slightly uphill as you go sideways, such that gravity will help slow you down. This will help you reduce speed or stop, and then continue skiing as you were. 3) Shift you hips backward towards the inside leg as you turn and go sideways. This helps bring the ski on it's edge, which also helps reduce speed.
From a standpoint of a ski coach I have to say that was a pretty okay demonstration with a few exceptions. For example it's really easy to figure out turns on carving skis because they will practically do all the work for you. It's all about the way you transfer your weight from ski to ski. You don't have to do anything with the skis manually because once you transfer your body weight from ski to ski, they'll do that for you automatically. From then it's really easy. One more thing I noticed - your body weight is not just going from one ski to the other in the turns but also you are pushing on the front of your ski boots, on your shins essentially. That's also gonna make the movement easier and give you more stability in the turns. Same thing applies when doing the snow plough. To put that into perspective, when you are squatting, your knees should be in line with your toes and you just push your butt down and your back is straight,. You don't do that on the skis, you have to push your shins forward so your body will go lower and no straight back and pushed out butt. It's almost like an opposite movement to squats.
Mate! I just got back from Meribel, I went away with my girlfriend who's been skiing every Christmas since before she was conceived. I spent all of my money on beer and plane tickets to the Alps (mostly beer) so had no money for lessons. I watched this video the day before I left and again on the slopes, I went from the bumbling idiot in children's yeti village slope in the snow plough to slightly less bumbling idiot in the blue runs skiing in parallel all thanks to your video, (and lots of perseverance.. I lost count the times of falling over) this was in just two days. already looking to go back (what mountain do you film on?) and next time less beer more lessons... thanks!!!!
Thank you so much for this. I'm at les arcs at the moment, but I didn't have any confidence at all and was having panic attacks. When I quit for the day yesterday - granted very early, I watched this and it made me so much more confident for today.
I see this video before my annual ski trip every year in the past 5 years. This is extremely efficient to shake up your bones, thanks a lot for this content! 🏆
Went skiing for the first time yesterday. Near the end of the day I took the lift to the highest point and I was screaming down the blues. Couldn’t believe I took it on so quickly. Sure I had some controlled bails but nothing crazy. I’m hooked. Buying skis this week and taking some lessons. Thanks for the video!
I watched this video and I thought I will be the guy yelling to all beginner: get out my way!” Then I spent 7 hours to learn how to fall down and get up .

@@aydin3103 It was incredible! My Scoutmaster tought us the basic then just said, "Alright, you know the basics, go have fun!" We skied for almost 9 hours and at the bery end, I was able to concure a Black Diamondpath without falling at all! And an added bonus of it being cold out is that wearing more than one layer cushions you from the ground meaning it doesn't hurt to fall all the time. For me getting up was the most difficult part of skiing and despite my over 50 crashes to practice it, I still did not have the muscle to get back up(I ended up just uncklipping my skis then reataching them when I was up again)

@@bakerhalt Ski racer here! When skiing for a race, you typically have wax on the bottoms of skis to make them faster. If you use your poll you won't rub the wax off or hurt the bottoms. When skiing for fun, it's ok to step on the back of the binding with your bottoms because you don't really need to care about speed.
This is GREAT demo for the first time skiers. I took my son, Benjamin, to ski yesterday and basically this what I told him from the beginning to end. I just forwarded this to him for review. Thank you the video.
Hej Jensen (sorry if I spelled your name wrong)!!! I started watching your videos back in February 2022 before and after my first private lesson, and I wanna say thank you so much for these tutorials. The private lesson gave me confidence although your videos gave me drills and techniques to practice. Nowadays, I've been doing all types of terrains and a few jumps here and there. Skiing free me from a moody depressive winter to a beautiful and exciting season. I'm forever grateful for your dedication. Yesterday was day 29th of skiing this season. Cheers !!!
Hey brother! I truly want to thank you for this video. I live in Switzerland for 10 years and yesterday was the third time I went to skiing. Yeah, it's an absurd, I know. So, I already learned to turn with the V position, but I needed more practice and confidence. So I went to the beginners side of the ski track, those where 3 years old children go back and forth with a slider. But my goal was to do your 9th lesson, the parallel turn. So, there I was, at the kids track, trying to get the flow. You are so right about having to go down and up at the turn. That makes the whole difference! So after a few trials and tried the big track. Guess what? I did it! Parallel turn all the way down. I have also tried to do as fast as possible, making many turns. A finally very long turns. I just wanted to thank you for the video, because it gave me the nicest moment so far at the mountains. I can't wait to have some more. Ps: I did hurt myself a couple of times, and I think my right arm got out of the place and went back, so it hurts a lot! Still, I will get better and go up as soon as possible!
This is just from personal experience but I personally do not recommend putting your hands though the pole straps because when you become a more experienced skier if you ever have a very hard fall you do not want to be hit by your poles and if you get your pole stuck in a tree or bush your out of luck. And most experienced skiers have alternate ways to go up a hill. If you do want to put your pole straps on to have more power with pushes, don’t get used to it.
Dude, I finally went skiing (first time was in Feb 2020, second time was last week) and this video is the reason why I was immediatly able to link some turns and and not entirely fail at a red slope! Thank you!! Since it was a ski tour, I only had two runs, but I hope to do more over the course of the winter - ski-touring or with a lift, depending on the situation. I'm so hyped!
Thanks so much! I watched this before going skiing for the first time with some friends, and it really helped them out when I had a basic idea about everything.
You perfectly explained it. I had an hour with an instructor who chased me down a blue slope, but you really told about the things the ski actually does with you! I will memorize your video when I will try skiing this winter,! Great tips and explanations!
This is sooo super helpful! Honest! These are exactly the things I was worried about at the beginning, including fitting in the skis or going on the lifts or taking the skis off. Great to see someone can really relate to beginners! :)

I am going skiing soon and I am half excited half scared this video is like a life saver now I just hope I don’t forget any of this information
Joanna Zou same but I might not go 50/50 chance
Cheers!!!
Lol, yeah find a new BF!
I don't get why people don't help their first time friends more.
I would treat you better than that and I don't even know you!
Get a boyfriend who will take the time to teach you
Best instructional novice ski video I’ve ever seen. Great for our kids who are starting this week
i'm like the only one who really can't ski here
Meet the 13 year old who is terrified of snow
I can't ski either, i don't have skis, it doesn't snow enough, my parents don't approve really, and no ski areas close by
I can ski but I’m horrible at it
After seeing this I want to learn to ski in Edmonton, Canada :)
Eric Edmonton is a very nice place
I am going on a ski trip with my school and ive never skied before and I'm sooo exited!
Same :)
same im leaving friday
wow howd it go
Going next year :)
I haven’t skied in about a year so I lost the feel of it and am probably gonna be uncomfortable but this vid helped me to remember how it feels again. Thank you!
Looks like fun. I hope to try skiing one day.
Good tips. The one tip that someone told me that saved me, was to turn your chest toward the direction you want to go. If you turn your upper body first, your feet follow naturally.
You seem like such a chill guy, would love to ski with you some day!
I’m going skiing for my first time ever in 2 days and this video hit the spot. I feel a little calmer now. My goal is to still go to the beginner lessons too. Wish me luck, I’m excited!
how did it go?
I literally experienced everything in this video on my first time skiing and it was a little bit overwhelming. Great video.
It was really hard to put them on, and it took about five minutes of struggling, to put them on backwards by myself.
lol😂
Here's a quick tip.
Use your gloves when tightening your ski boots. Not only is it faster but keep your hands from getting squashed when you hear the click/snap sounds.
Who else in these comments has been skiing for years and just wanted to see what kinda tips he has
oh thanks I thought im the only one
🙋🏻♂️
✌
Im watching this tho when im gonna ski at a resort 4 the first time tommorow😳 I can make a edit later how it goes xOx
Pugz Defenders how did it go?
people who havent gone skiing yet, i wanna let you know that its much easier that roller blades..at least for me
Thats very comforting :D
Thanks I feel much better; if your really good at ice skating do you think skiing will be easy?
Muddy Mallow
well, if you’re good at ice skating you’ll probably find skiing easy, since you already know balance.
@@biggie-cheese2 I got back from the ski trip yesterday and I successfully skied some easy blues by the second day!
@@muddymallow80 well done :D
Amazing! Great to hear I wish you a great winter full of improvements! :)
Shown my two sons 10yo and 7yo your video. They are going skiing for the first time in 3 months. You are a great instructor, very clear instructions and logical progression. This video has been a great help. Thank you.
I'm a brazilian who's never seen snow. And I literally had tears roll over my face by watching this. Such a dream. Hopefully I'll live in a place like that in a couple of years from now. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍⛄❄❄❄☃⛇
P.S. This is my first video from the channel and I'm guessing I'm already a hardcore fan. 😎
Yesterday i saw snow for the first time, it was fun at the beginning but it’s ~-20c here so the fun turns into pain really quickly. Good I live in a desert.
I know there is one skill I am definitely gonna use again and again. Skill 6, at 7:03!
Great job explaining the beginner skills
thank you so much for sharing this video.
I actually snowboard, but my friends and I are doing a “switch day” where we all switch. This was helpful
Im a good skiier idk why im here but good luck for new people dont worry its not too difficult
Same
@Underaged Father Currently in the process of learning to backflip (on skis), but ended up here?
*too* that just makes me thinck its much harder as im going in 2 hrs :/
@@soawesome-tq8nz so, how was your first time man?
Orangesnipez ITS FUCKING DIFFICULT.
The best ski for beginner vid I have ever seen, bar none.
Its a lot harder to learn how to ski when the place you go to is pretty crowded but this vid will definitely help next time
I know it’s so annoying when your trying to learn but have to worry about crashing into all these other clowns at the resort
My first time was at a pretty steep and short slope that was extremely crowded, my biggest fear was crashing into someone because i don't know how to properly slow down or turn lol
Remember, always crash into the snowboarders. They don’t deserve intact legs
I literally learned how to ski from this video. First time skiing and did not fall once ! Truly amazing video. Thanks !
The point is to fall tho
You clearly didn't ski much if you didn't fall
Was it cross skiing haha?
Thank you!! I am a beginner skier and watched this video before I hit the slopes today. It gave me a lot of confidence and I improved and had fun!
It’s alright you nailed the English
I won’t take your advice. It’ll lead to a knee injury
Thank you!
Kylie Harrison I'm Going Tommorow Ski Liberty MD.
Thanks!
Thank you!
I'm going skiing tomorrow and this is my prep...
Enjoy your life !!!
I saw your recent video on learning to ski, but this video is by far the best. The way you describes things is much easier to follow, the hip movement, bow tie, they are good but not as effective as learning from this. Also, I learned more from this video than from a ski instructor I had.
I watched this before my first set of ski lessons and I remembered most of them really well and helped me 100%! Spot on information!
Thank you.
I am an absolute beginner, I find it really good for very very useful, easy to understand and clear,so encouraging
mate..
I learned so much the first time I watched it and now I'm in a skiing teem
I am going skiing for Christmas so thank you for these tips
Thanks
First time i tried ski and it was fantastic!!! I couldnt believe how good i was becoming by making practice! Your advice are really helpfull!
I lost count the times of falling over)
this was in just two days. already looking to go back (what mountain do you film on?) and next time less beer more lessons... thanks!!!!
I live in meribel 😂
Terrific, going skiing for the first time in a few years tomorrow, this was really helpful to boosting my confidence for tomorrow! Thank you!
I watched this video and I thought I will be the guy yelling to all beginner: get out my way!” Then I spent 7 hours to learn how to fall down and get up .
Going to ski tomorrow and I am so excited! Thanks a ton friend!
Все по делу и прям нужные советы . Я занималась с инструктором точь в точь это все мне говорил . Для начинающих очень полезный ролик 👍
I'm not anymore a beginner but is so usefull to watch it! really nice! Thanks!
This video is SO GOOD. Just got back from my first time on the slopes in 10 years - wish I’d seen this video first! Super pumped to go back!!
I am going skiing for the first time ever today and watched this for a bit of advice, thank you for the tips and I'll be sure to keep them all in mind as I ski today! ^_^
How was it? I might be going soon and I’m terrified!
@@dragonickit1325 I don’t have much experience with anything like skiing, I’m from hot California so not much for me to do here haha! So I don’t think I’ll be doing and black diamonds but I hope it goes as well for me, I tend to be very nervous! Any tips?!
@@aydin3103 Honestly, my best tip is to have fun! When you crash, think about what happened and try to do it differently the next time
I’m going skiing today. I came across this tutorial just in time. Thank you. I’m mentally and physically ready.
Just came back from my first time ever on ski ! I am so lucky I saw this video before! Did save my life!!!!!
I've been skiing for the first time recently and being a crazy guy 😂 I went on the hardest blue slope , I was thinking , well I will be alright. On the first steeper slope, crushed 😂 badly, my confidence droped to 0 I bearly could stand. After a few hundred meters and duzins of falls one guy stoped and helped me , he basicaly teached me in one run all in this video, I am very gratefull, and from that time I didn't even fall anymore. Was amazing! Nice video btw 😁
That’s amazing to hear. Glad you’re ok
Hi, I was that guy 😛😎
about the the how to take your ski off.... always use your ski poles... your ski base will be happier.
eric dumoulin it doesent really matter if you just ski for fun. It is pretty easy to fix
i don't use ski poles anymore since i got sick of breaking them every year, i do the Cross format to take of the skies still works fine but just takes some time, good tip!
@@aksel534 i'm sorry i don't understand the comment, what did you mean by that?
@@bakerhalt Ski racer here! When skiing for a race, you typically have wax on the bottoms of skis to make them faster. If you use your poll you won't rub the wax off or hurt the bottoms.
When skiing for fun, it's ok to step on the back of the binding with your bottoms because you don't really need to care about speed.
You risk tearing the bottom of the ski pants if you don’t use the poles.
I went for the first time today It’s pretty easy to pick up on if you have ice hockey experience
I’m Jamaican, where heat and beaches is all I see. I’m going skiing ⛷ this afternoon and I’m excited.
This is GREAT demo for the first time skiers. I took my son, Benjamin, to ski yesterday and basically this what I told him from the beginning to end.
I just forwarded this to him for review.

Let me guess, You are from Denmark? :D
I have the same struggle because i live in the nethterlands
yes i am :D
Go to Sweden or Norway. We got great ski slopes!
i'm going to austria on Wednesday ;)
Awesome 👏 Well done Alruhn!
I’m going skiing for the first time tomorrow and this vid helps a lot so thank you
Update: I feel a few times but then got the hang of it and skied all day long. Can’t wait to go again the few next weeks
Another update: I learned a lot of “techniques” and am now skiing on ski slopes with higher difficulty. The feeling is amazing
