There are several voice assistants that are available on Amazfit products. The Amazfit Active got rid of the original offline asst. This was able to start a work out or open an app, and you could set when you wanted it to listen for a command. But the Active still has Alexa, which is Amazon's asst, once you enable all the permissions and sign into your Amazon account and link it with the Zepp app, will work just like any Alexa asst. You can set a long press of the button to activate it but there is no always listening mode. But the Active also has the Zepp Flow asst. I needed to first install it from the Zepp app store- even thought I have Zepp flow already installed on other Amazfit devices. Once installed, now you can set it activate by the long press of the button (in preferences menu) and there is also an app on watch that you can click. sort of combines Alexa and offline asst because you can ask random questions, like state capital or 10 +10 but it will also control watch functions. Very good walk through, I learned a few things about my GTS mini I didn't know. I have two of these coming today as upgrades from our old GTS Mini's. I ordered these now since they were Prime Day deals. The only thing I don't care for is the change in orientation of the time display for the watch faces with my own photos. The GTS Mini orients the left and right time with hours above minutes etc. which leaves a nice open space for my photo where as the Active, being horizontally oriented will put the time across the photo.

There is a temperature sensor but it is only used for sleep tracking and female cycle tracking. There is a temp app in Zepp store you can download but I did not test it.
No. The GPS only turns on when you are actively exercising. And that data will only be sent to the phone through BT (so you need to be very close to it). Nothing that will work with Google maps but there is "navigation wear". You install this app from Google Play store on your phone and then same app on watch through Zepp store. Then it will give you turn by turn but using the navigation wear app. I don't know how accurate it is but it does have a good rating.
I just rechecked, I know of no way to reset the workout list order to the default. If you just want to set the workout list to open when you long press the side button thats easy. On watch, settings, preferences, long press side button, pick work out. Hope that helps!

However, I dont think it will be that much of an issue because you need you phone paired to the watch and close by to get phone calls (connected thru BT). Since you need your phone close by then you can just pair the buds to the phone and control the buds through the watch (and keep your phone in your bag). you can store some music on watch and then pair buds to the watch and leave phone at home and listen to music, but again no phone calls without phone. hope that helps!
Is there no find phone for this watch or can it be added from the zepp app? I often use it before from my bip u pro whenever i forget where i placed my phone
@@techgadgets100 Thank you. It's kinda funny for me that this will be the reason why I'll choose this over other budget watches/bands. Xiaomi bands 8/9 and redmi watch 4 and 5 active don't have it. Huawei fit 3 does have a downloadable calculator app. However, it seems that Huawei AppGallery cannot be installed in a Google Pixel phone that I have. I do some simple calculations in my line of work that it will be very handy not needing to carry a real calculator or take out my phone when I have to make some.

Yea, that's pretty annoying. In the Zepp app, go to profile, tap on the watch. Then click on notifications and reminders. Then app notifications, give it a second to populate the apps. Then find Google maps and toggle off notifications from it. That should do it!
The watch has to be connected to a nearby phone through Bluetooth. Then when call comes in you can answer on watch. To make a call use phone app on watch.

Its called Roman Holiday. In the Zepp app, go to watch faces and hit the top right corner to list all the watch faces (full list, not broken up into groups) when I did that it is actually the first one. At this time, there is no way to search for a particular watch face, so you might have to scroll.

Not much. Maybe try wearing the watch tighter and moving the watch closer and further from the wrist to see if that gives you better results.

Actually, there is no preloaded camera app, but you can download one from the Zepp app but I have not used it.

yes, in sounds and vibration, you can toggle either. Also the vibration motor on the Active is pretty good, so hopefully it is enough to wake you up!

Sorry, I don't know that and I could not find it in any of Amazfit materials.
