Nobody before told me static stretching is unefective for TT. THX. I was doing static stretching almost before every training and I noticed I play better with no warm up at all, then my body reaction is quicker, sharper and more explosive. Table tennis is not yoga.

That's absolutely right! TT isn't yoga. We're trying to be explosive, mobile, and injury free. That's the goal!
