    I'm glad you came back to making videos. I remember the first couple you put out a few years ago and was impressed for how good your form looked (given how long you had been playing).

      Glad this helped. Jin is a certified personal trainer so feel confident in your thoughts. Dynamic warmups are the way to go!

    Nobody before told me static stretching is unefective for TT. THX. I was doing static stretching almost before every training and I noticed I play better with no warm up at all, then my body reaction is quicker, sharper and more explosive. Table tennis is not yoga.

      That's absolutely right! TT isn't yoga. We're trying to be explosive, mobile, and injury free. That's the goal!
