That’s the issue in poker that no matter “how good of a player” you are, there’re many day where the cards are against you. He won $3.1M in the first game, came back trying to repeat but instead He’s getting his ass beat.
Because his game is based on his junkish hands beating quality hands. 1st hand was rags last hand was below avg at best. By the end of the 1st and last hand all he could really beat was a bluff.
@@scottyheav I don't understand why he doesn't reraised when he flopped the second nut straight... He gives so much opportunity for villain to get there... Could just reraise Polk there and take a good pot.
1. Peter with pp10's is the initial raiser. Tom Dwan with 94 at the river has the 12th best hand possible (gets beat by pp10's, pp6's, pp2's, 10 4, 6 4, 5 3, and 4 2, as well as A4, K4, Q4, and J4). Out of all those, only pp10's seems the likeliest. Can't believe he called. 2. Tom with J10 has the 8th best hand possible on the turn when he goes all-in (gets beat by ppA's, pp6's, A10, KJ, K10, Q10, 10 6). With Peter smooth calling pre-flop 36K, everything but ppA's and 10 6 seem a possibility, his range could be just about anything, though. Peter hasn't made a bluff, yet. Not sure why Tom went all-in, unless he wanted to scare Peter off. 3. Tom with J8 making a straight on the flop, but he slow-played it too much. He should have re-raised to maybe $140K after Doug Polk raises to $32K. He's got 2nd nut at that point, only losing to a KJ straight. If they call, and the board not being paired on the turn, he should have bet either $420K or went all-in. If someone made the nut straight while he made the 2nd nut straight on the flop, well, nothing you can do about it. However, on the river, the board pairs, and he's heads-up against Peter again, who raises him again after he bets $72K. Alarms should be ringing in his head. The last 2 heads-up against Peter, Peter had pp10's, and Q10. Why he doesn't think Peter has something like that again boggles my mind. Tom Dwan losing 3 times against Peter was just poor playing and decision making.
You do realise that you are actually writing all this after you watched x times both players cards and perspective, you could not fit Dwan's shoes any better 😅
@@limemt2do you even play? Clearly he played pretty poorly. You don't get into multiway pots with these garbage hole cards unless you know to make the lay downs when it goes very south. Ok, if you run as good as God himself....but maybe Dwan has himself to blame....why play the 94, why call a 3 bet with JTo, and why not raise flop with J8o? His opponent played his hands like any average Joe and won.
I think you're right with the suited trash (9,4), but I don't believe any raise on the flop would have gotten rid of Peter. He may have even called an all-in.

Wtf is that doom zoom ?!😂
Tom will be fine. Will be playing more million dollar tourneys.
All 3 are VERY SICK HANDS. Almost like a setup. However, in 1st hand HE COULD FOLD, BUT... So, its was very strange Dwan called that 3rd hand, when he already lost 2 huge pots from that same guy. But, tbh, I would think the same as Durr did "he is using that tight image to bluff me out of the hand" - but, Peters betting size was just too perfect...
Yo was that guy serious when he asked if 2nd place won anything in a hand? 😂
Your right Alex, Peter is an end boss, the 2 outer end boss
Even if you are ahead with that type of hands..you re not interested in big pots so leading the movements with value bets of that calibre is counterproducent.
Your videos always deliver.
I'm rooting for Peter to make a comeback in the Million Dollar Game and blow all his stack. That luckbox isn't going to get so lucky after this type of run.
He beats the players before. Lol
3:04 He sounds like when Hellmuth does when people raise him.
Dwan’s mystique has worn off…
Tom needs to play Wesley more. 😂
Peter raised some solid amounts that made it really hard to fold
Dure takes the pain. He knows how to cause it. And he knows how to take it.
And how much does he owe to all those people??? 😂 dang yooo!
At least he doesn't have to worry about paying anyone back.
They're saying he owes a lot of money, but none of the creditors have come forward to confirm it. That in itself is a problem.
