Thank you, sir. I intend to use this knowledge to build an incredible space net for my children. It's incredible to think of the joy you directly will have created for me and my community alone, let alone elsewhere. Thank you sincerely, friend.
Love the videos! So the waiving paracord is 550, What is the thicknes or name of the rope you use for the skeleton and perimeter? Greetings from the netherlands!
Alonso, after watching all of your instructional videos I'm planning a large tree net idea for my back yard, and I have a few questions. First, I am planning to use the Paracord galaxy link you provided for the bulk paracord, but I'm having a hard time finding a place to get bulk static climbing rope for the perimeter. Do you recommend anywhere specifically? Second, I am planning on making one large trampoline like section that has around a 100 ft perimeter, do I need to have perimeter line crossing through the center for strength or would the 550 be able to handle the load of a dozen people or so? Third, you mentioned using good sturdy hardwood trees for the anchor points in one of your videos, but I live in the Pacific Northwest and am limited to some good-sized Douglas Firs as my anchor points. Do you think that that will be a problem?
I’m looking into a reputable cost-effective rope solution but I don’t have one quite yet… I get all my rope in bulk so it comes out cheaper but it’s difficult otherwise.. Stay tuned for that 😊 A dozen people (especially adults) is quite a bit of weight… Just make sure your trees are strong enough for it 😊 I’m sure the Paracord will be fine!
1) It really depebds. You can most certainly buy one and just fix it up every now and then. 2) Sun rot will be an issue over the years. It’s especially an issue on the neon colors so try to avoid those on nets that will be left out for long periods in the sun.
Hey man I just started my first treenet a few days ago and was running into an issue where I need to pull the rest of the unweaved cord through each “knot”. Should I be cutting each length into around 10ft chunk or no? Thanks
That’s definitely one of the challenges haha :) It’s up to you but I personally think the more loose ends you have, the uglier the net will look overall. I use about 30-40 ft sections at a time maybe
Hi alonso, me and a friend are about to make a large rectangular spacenet, I notice that the skeleton is thinner in mm than the perimeter roper but thicker than the paracord. Are we still meant to use static rope like the one used for the perimeter for the skeleton? would appreciate a speedy response pleaseeee are we are starting soon ha!
@@treenetweaves Hemp would be my first guess but bamboo fibers might also be worth exploring. Natural hemp string and rope aren't as visually stimulating though and might need to be recontitioned from time to time.
@@ratiounkn3210 well I can't make rope at all. but human kind has used hemp fibers for thousands of years. the issue is that it's prone to get moldy unless impregnated with stuff that stink even worse than the hemp rope itself. At least that's my experience but hopefully there are ways around it that I don't know about.

As somebody who's had surgery for carpal tunnel. This makes me appreciate this craft that you do so much more because working with hand issues can be so hard. I had lost 99% of feeling in one hand and 40% in the other but the pain was 1000% I couldn't even hold my paintbrushes. Your work is amazing and I'm building a net between 2 bunk beds (I hope) after watching your videos.
Such a chill dude, it'd be cool to have a friend like that. Nobody wants to enjoy stuff like this anymore, people are too grown up..
Exactly! They are becoming more popular and I’m very happy to build one for anyone that wants one 🥰🥰
Dude I know rn you don't have a million subs but keep it up my man, we super appreciate you ❤
Thank you! ❤️
This tree net movement is going to explode! Super cool!

Awesome video man. You have a lot of great creativity and skill.
Thank you!!
Wow cool stuff, and you weave all that with beautiful hands my friend! Cheers!
Thank you so much! Cheers 😊
Thank you for the insight. Great video. I hope good things come your way!
This is exactly the video I needed! Thank you so much! Liked and subbed!
Thank you! 😊
im starting my first net today and im really looking forward to the process. your videos are great bud! thanks for the great info
No problem! Have fun 😊😊😊🙌🏼
Once again, great video man. Thank you.
Glad I could help 🙌🏼
Thanks! That was helpful!
Thanks so much for your videos man! Have made a few nets with your help
Amazing!!! Glad I could help 😊😊

Thank you!! 😊 Yep it’s 550 Paracord! The skeleton is just static rope. I use a thinner static rope for this usually
This will be so much fun. Thank you!
would love to see some videos where you build a tree net from scratch and section off certain areas for specific methods.
I got you! That’s a great suggestion 😊

Hello from 🇧🇷! Thanks a lot for the vídeos! Incredible! Want to start my treenet right away! What is the diameter of the weaving paracord? 4mm?
I’m not 100% sure on the diameter but it is 550 Paracord 😊
Hello my friend, i like it
I'm subscribed. Common gang help him out
Thank you! 😊🙌🏼
How do you got these parts from the skeleton? The round shape
It’s just thin static rope 😊
Couple questions: would it be easier to buy nets and modify them? How big of an issue is material fatigue such as sun rot?
1) It really depebds. You can most certainly buy one and just fix it up every now and then.
2) Sun rot will be an issue over the years. It’s especially an issue on the neon colors so try to avoid those on nets that will be left out for long periods in the sun.
Qual o tempo que leva para produzir uma rede dessa?👍
Is it possible to make a spacenet out of a single pole? (just curious as I saw a pole on a living room of my friend's apartment)
I’m not sure I understand the question but be careful because spacenets produce a lot of force… Don’t go breaking your friend’s house 😅
Just watched these 4 videos. Pretty cool! I might have a tree net in my future. Still tbd.
What is a good source for bulk p-chord?
I get all my paracord from Paracord Galaxy
@@treenetweaves thanks!
Can I build a tree net directly on a metal frame
Yes absolutely! 😊

Hey Danni! Yes it’s still static rope :) The less stretchy the better 🙌🏼
thanks for the swift reply. does it need to be same mm as perimeter static rope?@@treenetweaves
He talks about this in the previous videos. His recommendation was no less than 10mm for the perimeter and he used 7mm for the skeleton@@danni4213
Can you please post the link to the perimeter big rope?
I believe it’s Mammut 10mm rope 😊
Thanks mate. Trying to put an infinity hammock over a cliff. I'll share deets on your discord
As soon as there's an environmental friendly alternative material this culture is going to grow exponentially.
This is true though I’m not sure what could replace something like Paracord…
