This is the same a/c compressor for my 2006 Ford explorer... I went to the jonk yard but the closed right before I removed it, so I need to come back tomorrow. Thanks for the video!!
I highly suggest against used compressors but to each their own I suppose. Gotta make sure its lubricated with pag oil properly or you'll be back at square one.

What about the bottom right bolt that is a 10 mm, which only holds a ground wire, and theres a 13 mm underneath it, and the bolt is too long take out because it hits the frame?

His question is still valid. Nonetheless, does the STUD the dude is referring to in gridding does not have to come out completely, just unbolt using 5 mm enough so that the compressor comes loose. Is that correct?
It’s funny I pacifically asked for the AC replacement for an 06 Ford explore and it’s giving me everything but. Even stuff that I never asked for. Does anybody have a video on replacing the AC compressor which is on the passenger side of the vehicle? Everybody vehicle here showed the AC compressor is on Driver side
If you don't know how to spell or even begin to know the difference in the engines you probably shouldn't do it. Sounds like the v8 to me.

Chances are there won't be any information on yours then, the more rare they are the more likely you'll have to go to Ford for it. Fords are junk.
The V-8 engine in all fourth generation (2006-2010) explorers have the AC compressor on the passenger side. It comes out in nearly identical fashion, as this video indicates.
