[Bus Lines #27] - Red Movilidad Express Line 428e - RBU Santiago

This route originally numbered as 304e has served to cover Quilicura with La Cisterna districts through the Santiago ring road, later renumbered as 428e due to an operating compensation granted to Express de Santiago in 2011. Currently it is one of the few express variants of this system that uses urban motorways to reduce travel times, although often not by much thanks to the typical rush hour heavy traffic congestion. In addition, it is part of the series of lines re-tendered in 2021 under the new format of Service Units, covering fewer lines and less fleet than before and distributed by districts of origin in order to try the operational logistics easier.
