I have to agree with a previous person that commented about your handling of these pieces. You absolutely DO NOT have to touch these items and yet you touch them all. Other people are going to be spending huge amounts of money for these things and your constant need to touch or hold these artifacts is disrespectful and risky to the future of these pieces. Plus you're probably spitting on these items since you're taking right next to them. I know you're a previous customer of theirs but that doesn't give you automatic license to forego any common sensical handling of these items. If you buy these pieces, you can handle them all you want but before they're sold, you need to respect the pieces and the auction houses should not be allowing you to handle them at all out of respect to the current owner and the future owner of the pieces.
For the love of God ! Buy yourselves, a box of cloth white gloves to touch any of these items. On the sole merit of watching you touch/ Manhandle those items.I would not bid on any of these items. They are not being treated with reverence and respect. But most of all, the conservation of any textile. It comes off as unprofessional on both parties part. And I can speak regard to Heritage House.I'm already a long-established client. This was truly cringeworthy😬

I TOTALLY agree!!!! Stop touching and handling the pieces. I'm waiting for him to drop one of these items and ruin it.
