I have a Verizon gateway wireless modem, which is a CDMA cellular service not GSM like T-Mobile. Can I monitor my system with CDMA? If so, how can I do it?

What was the red light right before you put the cover on, my red led is lit, cell signal is fine but nothing going to portal.

First, you need to verify if all of the LEDs (1 RED & 3 GREEN) are on. If the modem power LED is ON, but one or more of the other LEDs are OFF… the modem is damaged. Otherwise, please refer to page 21 of the installation guide: www.solaredge.com/sites/default/files/cellular_gsm_installation_guide.pdf
