    Do you have a resistance band pull workout to go along with this and a leg workout also?

    Can you recommend how far apart to set the wall anchors both vertical and also how far apart horizontally. I’m assuming it would be based on my height. I’m waiting for 6 of your wall anchors to arrive!

      Yes, we recommend vertical positioning at ankle height, chest height, and arm's reach overhead. Horizontal positioning should be slightly wider than your wingspan, but the anchors need to be fastened to a stud for support. Ours are set at 64 inches apart.
