This lecture discusses set of topics related to human resources (HR) who are working in information technology in general and with some focus on those who works at data centers. A four stages HR life cycle approach was followed that starts by planning, hiring, developing and/or managing, and ending by transitioning data center worker to a new stage that might include rotating to another job within the organization.
