Just did the workout - Rounds 7,8,9,10 were KILLERS. Find a pace.
Burpees - just get down, keep moving, Find a pace.
Cleans - expect to lift a bit more than you think you will (after 18.2) for the first lift. I found my legs felt tired but not fatigued.
Your 18.2 workout was good man. Keep up the hard work. Really think you could win this year !!

During the crossfit games you hit 350ib clean during the muscle up clean ladder why was it easier to hit a higher clean than then it is during 18.2 a?
Harry Cohen Athletes aren’t peaking right now. They are always more fit for the games!
Dustin Williams aren’t they fit throughout the year how do they just suddenly get strong at the games.
probably because he just did a ton of squats and burpees which use the legs and burned them out
Harry Cohen They stay pretty fit, yes, but just like any professional there is an off season to allow for recovery. And they don’t suddenly get strong, it’s a process.

2min... I had 35 secs! I’m not happy at all. I did hit a solid 225 clean tho
me too hahaha i had 40 seconds and i hit 90kg which i think is like 198pounds.
