    I got one sale out my first week with the company, from the one lead I was given. I’m excited to learn all this stuff and I plan on purchasing the battle pack when I get some money rolling in, I’m trying to scale and become top dog here, this company has A LOT of opportunity if you put the work on, and I’m here for it. The company offers your program already but I have to wait until training season (March) to learn it.

      Hey Brian! Watch this video to get the owner data for a rental property using an address look up ua-cam.com/video/xvVsO-d5Mz4/v-deo.html -- I would customize a letter (use mine as a starting point) to reference the rental property. I have landed some deals with rental property owners and if you get 1, you get 'em all.

      homeowners regarding storm damage. We are going around doing free damage assessments to see who qualifies for a new roof from the insurance company.” after this ask your open question and start a dialogue

    • @TheRoofStrategist

      Typically to the homeowner who then pays you :) You can sometimes get it paid directly to the contractor with a payment authorization form or if the bank/lender is holding the checks first.

    • @TheRoofStrategist
      @TheRoofStrategist  4 роки тому +15

      For a storm scenario, you need to educate them on the limitations set by the insurance company who will only pay for the claim within 12 months of date of loss (and some insurance companies are less). Also, if the deductible is their concern, I would encourage them to sign the contingency agreement so you can get not only the roof paid for but supplemental/cosmetic damages paid for. If they didn't want to do the cosmetic work and only focus on the roof, they could apply the ACV of the cosmetic damage to the roof/deductible.

    Hi Adam, My brother is a roofing contractor. He sent me this and wrote, "This is gold." I like and agree with your ideas and excellent questions for prospects. I have a few suggestions though. I consider the word, "educate" to be a poor choice. It's condisending. Try anything but that word: advise, clarify, etc... You are a very dynamic speaker. I have a Bachelor's in speech communication. Use your hands less and slow down the speed of your speech a bit. Both of these are distracting. They dilute your message. Over all great job. Thanks

      Constructive criticism doesn't diminish the man. If his ego doesn't interfere (like yours) he can see his talent increase. I complimented his skills at the beginning and end of my post. Six figures or seven is irrelevant. I know a bit about roofing, but a lot about public speaking. His response though gracious subtly implied, if you see fault then you should look to another format. He either disagrees with my input or can't admit publicly that my point is valid. Frankly, he doesn't know me so why should he trust me? Only that truth is easy to recognize. Before it sets you free, you need only get out of your own way.

    Adam whats your pitch when trying to land a re-roof with no insurance?

    • @TheRoofStrategist
      @TheRoofStrategist  3 роки тому +3

      Great question! For both storm and retail door knocking, I follow the "SLAP" Formula that teach. For presenting and closing deals, I follow my CARPARK formula.
      Note: For canvassing for retail, I stick with an open ended question at the door such as, "When was the last time you had your roof inspected and routine maintenance conducted?" Usually the homeowner gets caught on their heels thinking about. That helps start the conversation AND establish the need for your inspection.
      Watch the SLAP formula here: ua-cam.com/video/xuHt0frh0WU/v-deo.html
      CARPARK closing formula here: ua-cam.com/video/79UKyzEk89s/v-deo.html
      Hope this helps! Comment on any videos. I read and reply to all of them.
