Do you have advice for some one with super long femurs squatting, squats don’t seem to target my quads, do you know any lifts that target squads for people with long femurs?
Split squats, hack squats, front squats, leg press. As far as the actual squat, need to focus more than the average person on mobility, bracing, and the ability to stay as upright as possible given your leverage.
I might try out step loading for squats and bench with 6s instead of 5s. I also have found sub max work to be invaluable for progress
