- Today's video is just a quick tutorial on how to lengthen your pylon on a prosthetic leg. The process will be the same for both Below Knee and Above Knee amputees. Hopefully this can help out some people, and if you're watching this, I hope you learned something.

I just listened to the 911 call from your accident. Please tell your mother she did an amazing job raising you. You were so brave when making that call. You were kind to the dispatcher and at a time you believed you were going to die, you thought of your mother and also said a prayer. I am sure your mother is extremely proud of the young man you turned out to be and thank God you made it through that horrific accident. Keep making your mama proud! God let you live for a reason. I'm here because I watched a vid by Urmaker, I listened to your 911 call! At the end he had said you had your own UA-cam channel and I searched for you as I needed to see the guy behind the polite and calm voice😊I was so sad hearing you on that call, when you said that you didn't want to die and the man said that you won't and you said not from this but my mother's gonna kill me, I couldn't help but smile.. and when you asked the operator to call her I balled my eyes out😭bless you you must have been so scared! Well done you for being able to cope with such a horrifying situation!❤️ This video was very interesting!

@djqueentee. You and Johnny make such a lovely couple darlin'. All of these videos must be so helpful to anyone who has recently undergone an amputation, both mentally and practically. With Johnnie's personality and humour,he shows that there can be light at the end off the tunnel! I have a son (dave), who was born with cerebral palsy who has never had a girlfriend. He is handsome,intelligent and funny and lives independently but with the help of carers to get him up, shower him etc. He has many female friends but just as friends. I would love for him to find romance but sadly I think it takes a special kind of person to see beyond the wheelchair, or any kind of disability for that matter. I salute you both and wish you many years of happiness together! Lots of Love from Manchester, England. XXX

How much does it cost?
The tool? I found them on amazon for less than 5 dollars. But if you just get a standard L key (hex key) from the hardware store you can get one for like 99 cents.

Do not do this! This will void any warranty and put you at a safety risk. There are manufacturers torque and pylon requirements.
Your Prosthetist should not charge for minor adjustments.
