In this video, our little one is singing the number song while she’s snowboarding.
1-2 Buckle my shoe
3-4 Shut the door
5-6 Pick up sticks
7-8 Lay them straight
9-10 Let’s do it ahh ahh ahhhhh CHOOOO

We learned from the first time we posted this is that there are many different versions of this song. Especially the 9-10 part. This is how us parents learned the song but we sure do love hearing all the other versions!
Also, her rainbow outerwear is not any form of statement, she’s 5 in this video, she loves rainbows and unicorn’s. Heck so do we! What we’d give to ride a unicorn on a rainbow!
What starts from her singing the number song, it transitions into her feeling speed and navigating some spring chunk conditions. She then proceeds to tell a little story she made up about a girl who snowboards. We wrap up the video with a go down the banked slalom course then practicing some jumps over the rollers at the bottom.
This whole run has been broken down into many shorter clips and each one has had a resounding response of kindness from around the globe. Finally, we have put it all together for your viewing pleasure!

It was good to the whole run, instead of just parts here and there. Gotta say though, the advancement she has made from this time to now, is absolutely incredible! ❤
It’s so wild how much she has progressed from this moment to todays riding. We are excited to get back to this exact same course and see how fast she charges it this year!

Probably my earliest memory is of my dad singing "One, Two, buckle my shoe ..." to me at bed time. That was well over 60 years ago. Cashy will also have memories that will live a lifetime.

If I only had 1/10th of her energy. She was clearly exhausted toward the bottom, maybe forgot about techniques Daddy taught her; but she was also clearly having a blast, so it's all good.

Lil kid logic…get to bottom of the hill, tired. No, to fancy high n low of curves, just get to bottom safely. Prior to the banked curves path, she was outta control with her toe turns on the hill and bailing out for safety. Oversight by Dad, but he supported her to the bottom once he realized time for a break.
