Your can spend money and buy a property under your girlfriend or spouse name, but if she decide to kick you out then you are out of luck my friend. Do not make her mad or pissed her off otherwise the cops will escort you out and you will be homeless thats a fact. It happens all the time in the Philippines with foreigners being kicked out by their spouses.
Shey you now have a place to display your prowess in art, make your house a beauty like yourself, make it presentable enough to show as the first lady of the house, your in terior design and creativity. Its so beautiful and livable at the picture itself, u can feel the ambiance so cool and peaceful if you a child i can address it a perfect home but still empty to me, u can call it a home if there is a kid, but for now its only an empty house, not a home finnlyn make it a home and fill it with love and care, only then that you can be called a fulfilled man of the house finn and sherlyn the light of a home and family.
