Tig coolers are awsome couldn't image going back
Right on man, just got all my stuff In today for the swap over. Thank you from a fellow Minnesotan
Perfect! How are you liking the set up now ?? Where about me in Mn are you!?
@@jackfabrication Hey sorry I am just seeing this. Grand Rapids MN
The $29.00 option worked great. So for less then half the price you get the same results.👍👍
Thanks for sharin this man, huge help, happy welding 🤙
When pipe fittings have a notch machined in the hex nut, it indicates reverse threading. It was totally obvious to me once someone told me!
I would like to see more videos with the everlast 325 ext!
Nice video bud! I got the 210EXT and water cooler(ck20)...I love it, would LOVE to find a deal on a 325ext, but itll do for what I do, for now. U think i could buy just the body of a water cooled Flex-loc and just swap it out with the ck20 handle? I would think that would work, with the right heads of coarse
Derrick Cohee 210ext are badass, if you do a lot of aluminum you’ll want to upgrade one day if you get into some thick stuff! I believe you can just swap out the heads, the cooler hook up are the same on each torch from CK! Great appreciate the feed back!!
Everlast is awsome to
Thanks for posting that. My dinse 35 is on the way and was wondering how it hooked up so your video was very helpful. Was wondering what welding cart you have there in the video ?
It’s just a northern tool welding cart I bought 4 years ago, finally replaced the wheels on it because they blew out
Thank you for watching and commenting 👊🏽
Awesome review and I recently purchased the 325EXT with 375 Cooler. FYI…I called CK Worldwide, and they said you can order CK SLWHAT-35QD which already comes with both CK QDWAP water fittings for a few bucks cheaper. But still have to purchase a CK QDGAP gas quick connect fitting.
I need a cart for the 325EXT, which has the 375 Cooler that factory bolts to the bottom of the 325EXT. The welder and cooler total 26” tall, too tall to sit on top of a tall cart. Anyone have suggestions for a temporary cart until I get time to build a steel permanent cart?
Thank you so much.
I found another converter on ebay for just $29.00. I will let you know if it works. I mean better than half the price. If it works and I don't see why it wouldn't, great!!
Awesome timing, I just bought this machine and I want to add a CK Torch. Now that I know what I need, I will order it asap. How is the shipping speed of Arc Zone?
Great vid by the way!
Hell yeah nice man!! They are very quick and awesome company to work with had my stuff from Cali to Minnesota in 3 days 💪🏽
And thank you for the great feedback !!
@@jackfabrication I'm in Cali, so that's great. I'm subbing just because of your great content. You helped me out tremendously.
Sweet man perfect! Appreciate it much we try to have good information to help everyone out
See I'm looking for something the exact opposite of this. Trying to adapt an Everlast Tig torch to an adapter block to do lift Tig on another machine, do you have any idea where I could find something like that?
Thanks for the information!
The notch on there indicates left hand threads, the same for oxy-fuel stuff ;)
instablaster...
Thanks bro,I would not have known that I needed the Qdgap ,and QDwap untill I saw your vid.So how do you like the preformance if your Everlast welder, and what type of welding do you do mostly with it? And do you run the finger controll on your torch when you can’t use the pedal when tig welding? I’m waiting fir my power tig 255 welder ,so I’m curious about your thoughts.Aloha from Hawaii🤙🏽
Everlast makes the best welders for the money I absolutely love my machine! I do a lot of aluminum work, that’s why I went with the 325ext, I use the foot pedal, push buttons are only good if your running that straight amperage, foot pedal you can go from 5amps all the way up
@@jackfabrication hi from tx, can I upgrade the finger control or pedal for Miller brand sr?
Good stuff bro!
Thank you for check out the channel 🤘🏽
That's so much to deal with, on my small Lincoln pro 140 I just have 1 lead to connect. This is confusing, I know every welder is different and their is water cooled and air cooled. I'm guessing mine is air cooled. I want to learn more. My torch is this heavy rubber hose. I want a different one but don't know which. I'm now just connecting my ck torch to my stinger. Would I be able to get any other ck torch with the nylon cover and do the same thing with it. I hate this rubber hose
Does anyone have a fronius cu600 cooler? I'm building my own cooler for a magicwave 230i and I've already figured out how to turn on the pump and fan but I need a few pictures of the cooler harness to figure out how the flow and temperature sensor and coolant level are connected. Can anyone help me because there are no pictures or diagrams on the internet?
thinkin about selling my 255 everlast and upgrading to the 325
Would you mind sharing why? I thought 250 amps would be plenty.
Overkill is never underkill. Make the upgrade it’s worth it
Just preheat your parts with a some map gas the 255 should be just fine still
Think the 200dv with cooler is the same?
Yes
Lines in fittings indicate lefty tighty!
Yessir!
Has anyone has issues with the w375 cooler being after hooking up there CK torch? I got the ck20 hooked up and I'm getting the warning beep from the cooler
Have you found out why it’s happening? Just put on the same setup and mine is beeping. Can’t figure it out.
You guys find the issue, I just purchased the same 325EXT and 375 Cooler, hoped to use a CK20 or CK230.
@@rays9033 the ck torch just doesn't have to flow a lot to keep the torch cool and it trips the alarm. I've used mine plenty now with no issues. I actually just plan to disable the alarm altogether.
@@grahamphillips57 , thanks for the quick reply! I’ll see how mine does, and will respond to this thread. If I have issues, you can bet Everlast and CK will hear from me for answers. 😀
@@rays9033 no problem man. Unfortunately you won't get much from them. Others have tried. But I assure that you won't have issues if you stick to the rated amperage of your torch.
