Changing IS300 LED Turn Signal NOVsight Bulbs | 2001 OEM Grill Upgrade

We swap the turn signals and reverse lights with new NOVsight LED replacements and results are amazing and super bright. While I had bumper off, I also swapped my fake ebay Altezza grill with an OEM 2001 4-bar version (rare) and replaced all the bumper and headlight clips/supports.
My side bumper mounting tabs were gone, so I fixed with some binder clips.

Thanks for the bumper tab fix, Binh. I recently broke mine while changing the fog lights, so this workaround gives me ideas on what I can possibly do.

Bumper repair is not good. On mine I use sheet metal and gave the metal the shape of the tap. The used epoxy. A fairly large metal is glued so is nice and and strong. 3 years holding on. Took long time to shape. Those taps brake all the time.

I just need to change driver side front turn bulb, do I have to take out bumper?

Yes. Bumper off and headlights out is required.
