Thank you! I am working on many more products, not only for KME but for many other systems. Keep an eye out on Gritomatic.com, more will soon be available.

These would be nice for field sharpening.
Stow the holder and a few of your favorite
stones in a little case and store it in
a back pack, tackle box, or glove box.

Hey there. Do the 6inch stones use more of the stone surface than the 4"? Or does it just allow you to use 4 whole inches or just over compared to under 4 inches with the standard 4" stones. I see now kme has their own 6" stones, but no sign of a new 6" stone carrier so not sure what exactly is coming out by them. New system all together?? 🤔

The 6 inch stones have a great advantage for a few reasons. If you're sharpening large or wide blades you have a lot more abrasive stone surface area to work with. If you're only sharpening smaller blades, then there is no real need for 6 inch stones. Another advantage of 6 inch stones, is the huge selection available. Most high end sharpening systems use a 6 inch form factor, so the selection of stones is much bigger than 4 inch stones.
