City is super fast to respond to any issues. I noticed you mentioned Bridgepoint Shopping but not Hillsdale Mall and two Asian supermarkets.

Here I am watching this video while on the cusp of buying a 3,000 sq ft 5 BR 3.5 bath home in Vegas for $600K while working in Stanford hospital..... 2.3 million for a single family home is just plain RIDICULOUS. Even if I earn close to half a million, it just doesn't justify blowing money at an absurd rate here in the Bay.

I know, “affordable” is for sure a loaded word when we toss around these massive numbers. The truth is, this area is extremely expensive and sadly most cannot afford to buy even a lower priced condo. It’s not something I am proud of.
Hey you’re right. Sadly less than 10% of people who live in the Bay Area can afford the median home price, so we have a real issue. However Foster City is much more affordable than neighboring towns, but in other context, not affordable for most. Having grown up here I’m not proud of that, but that’s what it is.

Wow, I learned a lot about FC! 24 parks and 6 dog parks is amazing. You inspired me to visit some great parks there I have not been to in years!
