The Corsa had been parked on private land, blocking the farmer’s (owner’s) entrance. The farmer had asked them to move the car but the Corsa owner punched him twice, busting the farmer’s lip. In retaliation, the farmer said he’d move it for them, and did so with a telehandler. He was found not guilty in court of dangerous driving and criminal damage as it was seen as an act of self-defence and defence of property.
I bet the dumb-arse Karen (Corsa driver) tried to appeal it, citing the mental & emotional trauma of seeing someone stand up to his bullying. And was promptly told to go f&%k himself.
