    Hey. I really appreciate these videos. I struggle a lot with thoughts about uncertainty in terms of religious and existential matter. I stress that I won't find peace untill i find a specific denomination / act morally right.

    Great video! can you make one on theme/contents? the content get me sucked in! Basically its just taking my ideas and putting it somewhere else and be like 'gone wrong'. but im having a hard time convincing my brain.. i feel like im believing the lies my brain telling me which is even scarier

    Why doctors said that anxiety disorders are something physicly wrong in brain circuitry and chemistry. Also something like enlarged amygdala that is misfiring and that is chronic. This explanation have much more logic. Like this is the learned behavior. Only thing i don't get it is why some people get anxiety disorders and other dont? Where is the diference?

    yes i keep generating dust,recycle cans, dishes, dirt, my ocd behavior repeated got me into this , i need to get this resolved , my ocd is terrible

      Yes, It IS the behaviours youndo witH those thoughts. Anxiety and thoughts are not the problem the disorder Is you are trying to fix thoughts wich thoughts are thoughts and we don't have the power to change feelings and thoughts. THE CURE IS TO LEARN TO DO NOTHING
